AGRADABLE
Pros:

Al hacer la reserva solicité una habitación sola, que estuve del 22 al 25 de agosto . Me pareció muy cómoda la habitación privada, la segunda vez fue del 29 al 30 de agosto, compartí la habitación con una compañera.

Cons:

me hubiera gustado que se incluyera el desayuno en los costos de la habitación.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación al estar en el centro histórico de Guadalajara. Personal de atención en las habitaciones y en el restaurante se califica con la mejor nota.

Cons:

Sugiero que deben capacitar de mejor manera al personal de recepcion. Algunas personas tienen un modo displicente que no es común en el resto del personal de hotel.

We were happy with our stay and would stay again
Pros:

Staff and location were excellent. Front desk and valet service was excellent.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t prepared for guests - no towels and chlorine sprinkled on bottom. Appeared to be off-season type atmosphere. We left our room at 7:30am with please clean sign on door, but returned at 1:45pm and wasn’t cleaned. We were asked if we wanted service then, but declined.

Beautiful Place, relaxing, very historical, is like being in Heaven.

Location, quality of the interior and lobbies, atmosphere.

Cons:

The desk attendants don't seem like professionals. They're just a bit ambivalent. Not rude, but not engaging.

Bel hôtel confortable
Pros:

Hôtel joliment décoré et très bien équipé - salle de sport, grande piscine - situé en plein centre historique et proche des transports en commun, ce qui permet de visiter facilement la ville à pied. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Chambre calme et lit confortable.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et assez sombre. Éclairage froid.
