Un gioiello storico nel cuore di Guadalajara
Pros:

É uno di quei rari hotel che vivono di un fascino personale enorme. Un palazzo storico in pieno centro a due passi dalle principali attrazioni della città con la classica struttura a ringhiera di questo tipo di edifici. Per chi ama le cose belle e con un trascorso ricco di eventi emana un'attrattiva irresistibile. Non a caso ci sono passato nei decenni personaggi storici e dello spettacolo di varia estrazione. A questo si aggiunge l'ottimo livello della struttura in sé: a un prezzo veramente vantaggioso si avrà una camera dorata di ogni comfort, con letti comodi, bagno adeguato, cabina armadio, mobili antichi e aria condizionata, una piscina abbastanza grande da poter nuotare, una palestra, un ristorante interno e un servizio di car valet se arrivate con la macchina (ovviamente pagando un extra). Senza dubbio l'albergo più esaltante del mio intero viaggio in Messico.

Cons:

Ci sono alcuni difetti che scompaiono di fronte al fascino complessivo dell'hotel. Le stanze al primo piano risentono moltissimo del rumore che viene dalla hall a causa della struttura a ringhiera dell'hotel; l'acqua del lavandino ha uno strano odore, non gradevole; in una struttura di questo livello ci starebbe bene un piccolo frigo in ogni stanza che invece manca.

No refrigerator in room and the Batman was the laziest I’ve ever had the unfortunate please to meet and I’ve met a few ! The valet Brought the wrong car and gave me the keys car same style and colour and put my luggage in it !!

El servicio al cliente es pésimo, no respetaron el precio de la reserva , se intentó resolver el problema y la respuesta de la persona que se encontraba como encargada fue si quieres cancela, en el área del restaurante según teníamos descuento por ser clientes pero al final lo negaron argumentando que no somos clientes vip, al momento de entregar habitaciones ni las gracias dieron, simplemente tomó las tarjetas y se puso en la computadora ignorando totalmente
