One of the best stays we’ve had in a hotel.
Pros:

We stay here years ago and we wasn’t sure if it would as good as it was then, but it exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many 5 star establishments but overall the stay here was one of the best. Great experience thank you so much.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like it was perfect.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Room was huge and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style in the millar and carter restaurant.

Pros:

Spacious room, comfy bed, great location. The tea lounge was a nice space to gather for tea. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The lower ground level where my father and brother were (in a family room) wasn’t as nice as the upper floors. It felt dated and was very strange being in the basement of the hotel. Room was a long walk from the lift for my mobility challenged brother.
Shower pressure in both rooms was very low.

Good location, value for money.
Pros:

Well presented hotel, breakfast was exceptional, nice big room everything you need for a nights stay

Cons:

Gave a nine because reception was slow, only one person serving, as it was three o'clock, their check in time i would have expected full staff at that time.
