Konumu çok güzeldi. Özellikle büyuk bir parkin ve tren istasyonunun yakininda olmasi cok iyi. Ayni zamanda katlarda alkollu veya kahve iceceklerinde self seeviz olmasi güzel

Decepção na estadia que acreditávamos que seria incrível...
Pros:

- localização excepcional para quem quer ficar em região mais tranquila de Kyoto, próximo a um parque com playground infantil muito bom e a atrações importantes para famílias (museu do trem, aquário de kyoto, super perto de estação de trem);
- com certeza ter bebidas, snacks e café à vontade numa grande parte do dia é um ponto muito positivo e que facilita a estadia;
- sala de jogos e espaço para crianças andarem agradável (pena que fecha durante tantas horas);
- sentō (banho público japonês) limpo e agradável.

Cons:

- o hotel tenta se vender como "kids friendly", mas não achei verdadeiro. Almoçamos no último dia no restaurante do hotel e pedimos um curry. Estava um pouco apimentado demais para meu gosto (imagine para meu filho de 3 anos) e pedi para comprar mais uma porção de arroz (um simples gohan) para diluir um pouco o paladar forte do curry. Impossível. Não podem vender nem dar um pouco de arroz para um cliente que acabou de pedir e pagar sua refeição lá... Triste...
- o café da manhã, comparado aos outros 5 hotéis que passei no Japão (um inclusive atravessando a rua, o Royal Park), foi o mais difícil de meu filho de 3 anos se alimentar. Não havia udon, não havia tantas opções de frutas frescas, nem ao menos mel era possível conseguir... Claro que não esperávamos o café do New Otani, onde passamos 4 noites, mas realmente não foi fácil alimentar nosso filho ali...
- havia apenas ducha no quarto, sendo que nos dois hotéis mais simples que passamos antes, tivemos ducha mais uma banheira para fazer ofurô;
- amenities tinham que ser pegas no térreo, nada é deixado no quarto.

Sem dúvidas um hotel voltado para outro público, não o de famílias com crianças pequenas.

Ihana sento, puiston viereinen sijainti ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet, rauhallinen alue, siisti hotelli...Mitä vielä?! Kiva kahvin teko huone itse pavuista koko ajan käytössä. Aekkitehtuuri miellyttävää skandivaanille. Aivan täydellinen hotelli!

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful place to stay
Pros:

I enjoyed all their common area spaces where you could listens to music or grab a drink. The staff was very friendly as well. It was a beautiful place I would love to come back.
