They moved my room from the that didn’t work

Nothing in my room worked. The tv didn’t work the air didn’t work and the front desk lady wasn’t knowledgeable about anything 🤦🏼‍♀️

The bed

Cons:

The spa Jacuzzi gave unsanitary, dirtiness due to the orange stain so we refuse to get inside. We paid for it and didn’t use it. My husband wanted it after his long day at work

no shower gel,no water no coffee etc... ,, mattress was really bad couldn't even sleep properly, really disgusting pillows they weren't even looks pillows, dirty tables, was not cleaned they have glasses under the tables used by previous guests,,their sofa was so dirty looks 10 years old i cant even put my shoes on that , there was stain everywhere on sifa and matress,
i have seen very poor quality of this hotel seriously guys don't think its 4 star hotel that will be good property! its not good at all,

Was fine. A place to sleep.

Location. Parking. Ease of access.

Cons:

Room smelled, like carpets were just cleaned but to cover up some bad odor.
Shower curtian wouldn't stay closed.
Pillows too small.
Bed too soft.
Breakfast not very good.
