Park Hyatt was the highlight of our trip. We never stayed at a Park Hyatt before and were simply blown away by the service and attention to detail. The Team at Park Hyatt did an excellent job with my stay. This made our Cambodia stay very comfortable. Service was also swift when needed. I had an absolutely amazing 5 day stay with pure luxury in every area. The attention to detail was pretty meticulate.
We were celebrating our Anniversary, and team did an excellent job with our rooms. As a Globalist, The checkin process was very seamless, and they even offered us complimentary welcome drinks- beer etc. I genuinely appreciated the upgrade to suite and also upgrade for the king deluxe room for my dad. The Decorations in the room were very lovely and thoroughly loved the refreshments offered in the room including a delicious cake and a Bayon themed chocolate
The complimentary City Tour Tuk Tuk ride is a must do and there is an option to extend it for the entire hour as well. Recommend Mr Vireak -Number 6
The Apsara show dinner was another highlight as the performances were really breathtaking. Me and my family really enjoyed this.
I like the location of the Park as well as it fell centered around everything. Pub street was only couple of minutes away along with other attractions
I highly recommend the Mango IPA they have on tap here. It was pretty unique.
Pool was another highlight as it was an oasis in a very busy part of city. I highly recommend the steam room as well. It was a very unique Steam Pod
Hotel had many activities, but we didn’t get a chance to do them. Also recommend checking Relax Spa near the hotel
Dining Highlights:
•Breakfast: The Spread was very huge. They even had special veg offerings which my parents really appreciated. The Complimentary Coconut water was a huge hit along with the Complimentary massage offered after breakfast.
We really appreciated the Local Khmer cusine . My fav were Num Banchok, Bay Moan and Khor Ko. The Khmer coffee both Hot and Cold were real treats as well.

• Apsara Dinner: One of the biggest highlights of the trip. Really Amazing performance . we had some amazing drinks with some of the best presenattions I have ever seen and some amazing food as well. This is a must do on your stay.
Staff Recognition
Mouyee, Mouet ,Kin, Ravi and Pich really helped us throughout our stay. Mouyee is the sweetest person we have ever met.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap and, overall, it’s a fantastic hotel. Everything feels beautifully considered, from the design and atmosphere to the service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole hotel has such a calm, luxurious feel.

We’re big fans of the Hyatt brand and, once again, this stay reminded us why. We consistently find the service, quality and attention to detail across Hyatt properties to be excellent, and Park Hyatt Siem Reap certainly lived up to that reputation.

The location is also fantastic for exploring Siem Reap - everything is a walkable distance - while still feeling like a peaceful retreat when you return to the hotel.

The only reason I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars is the pricing at the bar. The drinks and food are priced very much for a Western luxury-hotel market, and some items were more than double what you would pay for very similar options locally. We completely understand that a luxury hotel will charge a premium, but the difference felt particularly noticeable given the surrounding local prices.

That said, this is a relatively small criticism of an otherwise excellent hotel. The rooms, service, facilities and overall experience were all fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, another great Hyatt experience and a beautiful hotel with amazing staff - just be prepared for very Western prices at the bar.

Many people visit Cambodia for a few days….what a big miss that is….it is a breathtakingly beautiful country with so much to see and such friendly people!
We stayed in the Park Hyatt and what a true gem that is…from the reception of guests to the help with tours, excellent rooms (superbly clean and serviced!) to the best dining experience of true Cambodian food….special word about the cultural dance performance during dinner in the evening: I have seen many “touristy” performances and was sceptical beforehand, how wrong was I!! Honestly, do not miss this unique experience of true Cambodian culture. Very rare to see this, truly unique.

Special thanks to Marie and Lin for their help with organising our tours, the whole team in the Living Room (superb cocktails !), superb massages in the Spa (really good!) but I have to mention as well: this is a hotel where you can see that it is all a team effort…where everybody puts in just that extra step to make it special. This is a hotel where the staff makes the hotel, you rarely see such incredibly kind people where the kindness comes really out of the heart. This is why it absolutely stands out.

An exceptional hotel with outstanding service and a prime location that can’t be beat. Just a 7 minute walk to old market and pub street. 1 minute to pharmacies and 2 minutes to a mini supermarket. And in case you want a break from Cambodian food, Burger King and KFC are just across the street.

This was arguably the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The decor is lovely, especially the deep pink velvet furniture. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The spa was fantastic. Request Khum or Sen if you visit and definitely try the Khmer massage. All the staff were terrific including Nan, Nuch and Lyfong who was a huge help shipping a package for me. I loved Cambodia but would go back just to stay at the Hyatt again!

A brilliant luxury hotel with a great location in the middle of the city close to Old Market, Pub Street and shops, bars and restaurants. Staff is wonderful, the property too. Very good value for money.

The customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. Some of the most accommodating individuals I have encountered during a hotel say, from Check-in to after I checked out, the team at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap provided me with incredible service and ensured I had everything I needed during my time with them, including holding my bags while I ran a few errands before leaving. During check-in, Pik welcomed me as if I was an old friend, Borei and Non provided me with one of the best breakfast experiences! Khum at the Spa gives hands down the best massages, if you're looking to treat yourself during your travels, this is the place to do it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect—close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful oasis.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the adjoining rooms were ideal for our family with teenagers, giving us plenty of space while still being connected.

The food was delicious throughout our stay, especially the breakfast. What truly made our visit special, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

Thank you to everyone at Park Hyatt Siem Reap for making our stay so wonderful. We hope to return one day soon.

We will revisit!!

This was a fabulous location with outstanding accommodations, amenities, food and service. Much of Siem Reap's "downtown" attractions like food markets, shopping areas, the river, etc. are just minutes away by foot. The rooms and beds were very clean, comfortable and stylish, with glorious shower designs. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. In-house services like massage, steam room and complimentary nightly shows were a plus. A beautiful lap pool sits in a semi-secluded section of the beautiful center courtyard, while a creatively shaped lounging pool sits on the other side of the same level, which is edged on one side with an infinity border, and bordered on the other by an exercise room, steam room and massage therapy lounges. The ambience was quiet and elegant, yet family friendly. And the food was phenomenal - fresh and thoughtfully prepared with imagination and flair. The service was as outstanding as the facility, with an earnest, friendly staff that makes conversation easy. An outstanding value for the best in luxury accommodations.

We had a wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, with elegant surroundings that make the stay feel special and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the Apsara dinner show, which was a great way to experience Cambodian culture with a beautiful performance and delicious cuisine. We had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The Apsara dinner show was a wonderful cultural experience, and the unique Le Petit Chef dining experience was both entertaining and unforgettable. Great hotel in a good location with lovely staff and excellent private tours to Angkor Wat. All food and beverage services were also good.

This is the sort of luxury hotel I wish I found more often. The bright, personable, proactive team raise your experience with their genuine charm. Superb food...real food. I had planned to dine more outside but hit gold here.

The impeccable hotel design, great location at the heart of town and the luxury are the icing on the cake.
