Not recommend
Pros:

The property felt more like a basic motel than what I would expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. Housekeeping service was apparently provided only every four days, which meant that during our three-night stay, our room was never serviced—even though I specifically requested it.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the property manager. I found his manner extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone working in the hospitality industry. His approach to guests was unnecessarily confrontational and made an already disappointing experience considerably worse.

Cons:

The property appears to be very poorly managed by someone who, in my opinion, has no business working in the hospitality industry. His behavior toward guests was completely unacceptable. He would scream, raise his voice, and speak to guests in an aggressive and disrespectful manner without hesitation. Rather than making guests feel welcome and valued, he treated them with an astonishing lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. At times, his behavior made us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. I have rarely encountered a manager in the hospitality industry who demonstrated such hostility and disregard toward the very people he is supposed to serve.

Schönes Apartment in der Nähe vom EU parlament
Pros:

Alles war super. Schönes Apartment mit eigenem Schlafzimmer und kleine Küche (haben wir nicht gebraucht). Lage war für uns perfekt mit der Nähe zum EU Parlament. Kommt auch zu Fuß zum Schloss. Und es gibt Bus in der Nähe um in die Stadt zu kommen.

I paid for my apartment in full yet when I arrived I was asked to put a deposit down for my apartment. My friend who also booked an apartment did not have to do this. When I queried this during checkout, the stff tried to tell me that it is a hotel policy and when I told her that y frind did not have to do that, she did not know what to say.
Your service needs to be consistent and not based on your own misconceptions. Nobody likes discrimination and I am no different. Had it not been for this filthy behaviour, your apartments would have gotten a perfect score but this behaviour really ruined my entire stay.

The location was brilliant and convenient to all the tourist attractions. A bring thank you to the breakfast team, they were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

On the booking site, it stated that the room would contain a washing/dryer, but it was not so, it transpired that we would have to pay for our laundry service which was a big disappointment.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Parlamento Europeo. Parqueo fácil tanto externo como interno (con pago en ambos casos)
También nos gustó el tamaño de la suite
La zona de lavado no requiere pago y es muy buena

Pros:

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location. A little old-fashioned in style, but fully functional, comfortable, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, and the large, sturdy sofa easily converts into a full-size bed, making it ideal for sleeping. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood with excellent train and bus connections, making it easy to reach all the main sights.
