Dobra lokalizacja. Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Fajnie urządzony . Pokoje duże, przestronne. Dobrze nam się mieszkało

Pool closed for maintenance and had been for some time. Booked this hotel especially as it had a pool amenity and knew it would be a hot summer. Hotel did not advise of closure otherwise would have booked alternative hotel accommodation.
Also air conditioning not working in the apartment and engineer did not turn up to repair. This made the stay very uncomfortable. Standard reply when i let the hotel know. This was the only Marriott booking in a series of hotel stays, the rest were Hilton which were faultless.

I was actually planning to leave an "OK" review. As a Platinum (or whatever the latest super-loyal-member title is!) Marriott member, I was even given a room upgrade—which, thankfully, they did.

My first impression was that the hotel is simply worn out and overdue for renovation. Not ideal, but I can live with that. I've stayed in Airbnbs that were in worse shape.

What turned an average review into a poor one was the Wi-Fi. This hotel sits next to the EU institutions, so many guests are here to work. Reliable internet isn't a luxury—it's the bare minimum. When I reported that it wasn't working, the front desk told me to change a setting on my phone (something along the lines of clearing a cache), but I had no idea what they meant. They also couldn't demonstrate it because they were connected to a different network. That's hardly a solution.

Then, at 7:00 a.m., the fire alarm went off. I understand maintenance happens, and if it was a planned test or repair, that's fine. But there was only one small sign in the hallway. Mentioning it at check-in would have been a simple courtesy and would have saved guests an unpleasant wake-up call.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. The building's age is one thing; poor communication and unreliable essentials are another. Marriott can—and should—do much better.

La habitación era muy grande, con 2 espacios, 2 camas individuales en una habitacion donde se encontraba el cuarto de baño con la ducha, y otro espacio de salón comedor y cocina americana, con un sofá cama, bastante cómodo. Además tenía un aseo donde se encontraba el WC y un pequeño lavabo. También tenía un balconcito con una mesa y 2 sillas muy agradable. Las camas muy cómodas.
Teníamos el desayuno incluido, y estuvo bastante completo, con dulce y salado, huevos y bacon, varios embutidos, cafés, té, yogures, fruta fresca...
Hay 3 espacios para lavandería con lavadoras y secadoras, aunque a veces están muy utilizadas y hay que esperar (hay muchas familias) pero ésto fue muy útil para nosotras.
Se encuentra junto al Parlamento europeo y cerca del metro que te deja en 10 minutos en la estación de Bruselas-Midi, de donde salen los trenes para cualquier zona (Brujas, Gante, Amsterdam..) e incluso el Eurostar.

Veldig praktisk med eget kjøkken, selvom det kunne trengt litt oppgradering. Vasken var løs, og ene skapdøren ødelagt. Vi fikk opprinnelig et rom i samme etasje som de malte så luktet veldig kraftig, men fikk byttet til en annen etasje hvor lukten var mindre dominerende. Vasken var likevel løs på begge rom.
