Clean, safe, friendly staff, near the airport.
Pros:

Very convenient for early travellers as it is very close to the airport. You can take the public bus across the street for Heathrow central, which takes you to Terminals (2,3,4), there is also a direct Bus for Terminal 5. The bar was nice, they also have a nice Italian restaurant, we did not have time to enjoy the breakfast in the morning as took the first flight.

Cons:

If you are visiting London city, I would rather stay in a more central location, this hotel is about 40min from the city center. Is rather convenient for people traveling very early from Heathrow.

Be on the look out for homeless man in the female toilets.
Pros:

It was perfect for our long layover. A pool, nice restaurant lots of veggie options, a gym, comfortable.

Cons:

While at the restaurant I used the downstairs toilet, and a person came in there while I was using the toilet, making weird noises and yelling. When I came out to wash my hands I realized it was a man in the woman’s toilets and he was doing something weird near the dryer and his crotch. I ran out of there, but then a young woman was about to go in there so I tried to stop her, but there was a language barrier. Then the man came out of the toilet screaming and yelling at me, it was so awkward and scary. The manager later said that he was already banned from the property. I felt very nervous and skiddish after that. The manager was lovely and kind, we got a late check out, however It freaked me out for my long haul flight that night. So stressful.

Great location for an overnight stay in transit
Pros:

It was a quick ride on the Hotel Hopper bus from the airport to the hotel. They let me check in super early (for a fee) and the room was massive and well equipped. The gym was great and the room service exceeded expectations for quality.

Cons:

Nothing... It was pretty great!

Short stay.
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable room. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Staff in the food court were very friendly.

Cons:

Placing a sign inside the elevator as to how to use it would have been helpful. We found the food in the hotel not very desirable.
