Avoid if possible!

Is close to airport.

Cons:

The reception staff was completely unreliable and showed no interest in helping. Lack of minimum communication skills and capacity of understanding costumers requests.

Restaurant inside the hotel delivers meals with less qualitative (avoid the ribeye).

In general the staff shows no involvement and the ones from the reception are the best in this sport!

Pros:

The whole place was welcoming. It was clean, quiet, and had what I needed to get rest and food to function the next day. It was an easy taxi trip from and to Heathrow.

I needed a place to stay as I missed my flight from London to Seattle so I got to stay there one night and it worked out
Pros:

It was near the airport. Had a nice restaurant and good breakfast. My room was comfortable and quiet and bed was cozy to sleep in.

We had a great time.
Pros:

Everything, it was modern and clean, had lots of conveniences like a nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food and drinks, as well.

Cons:

They could use new beds, ours had low and high spots, like it was worn.

Great hotel but we seemed to have arrived during a lot of issues
Pros:

Room is nice size, beds are comfy and the shower is nice, breakfast is nice the next day

Cons:

Shame when we arrived there was an issue finding my booking as when Booking.com send it through the middle name replaces the first name, the lifts were not working so we had to be escorted behind the scenes to the service elevator, also the gas was off in the evening so only pizza available
