Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location excellent, clean comfortable and welcoming hotel. Good bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool, steam room and sauna were closed for maintenance. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times when flying into Heathrow, would still book again.

Pros:

The breakfast here was great and it was good to have access to the pool and gym between flights. The rooms are well insulated so you can sleep at any time if you are jetlagged.

Cons:

The restaurant was great at breakfast but wasn't as delicious at nighttime.

Good for short airport stay
Pros:

We stayed for one night in transit between flights, and it was a good spot for a short stay with everything you need at the hotel.

Cons:

Although it is close to the airport, it can still be a bit tricky to get to. It would be helpful if the hotel emailed guests clearer options on how to get there from the airport, as there are a few transport options we weren’t aware of.
