Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0-6 years. Children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast only when a rate inclusive of breakfast has been booked.

Für kurze Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Nettes, hilfsbreites Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir hatten eingroßes, bequemes Bett. Das Parken im Q-Park funktioniert problemlos, wenn man es vorab auf der Homepage bucht.

Cons:

Etwas Müll rund um das Hotel. Damit ist die Sauberkeit AUSSERHALB des Hotels gemeint.

Best way to stay near london.
Pros:

The facilities are fantastic and all readily available. Check in was super simple and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

It was very warm whilst we were there and whilst the AC was good, i wish it was a little stronger to combat british heatwaves a little better but it wasnt bad by any means.

Excellent Location.
Pros:

I enjoy coming to this hotel multiple times. Location is amazing.

Cons:

A few things wrong in the room. Reported issues and I was asked if I wanted to move rooms. I said no has it was a few days stay.

Avesse avuto il clima, sarebbe stato il top!
Pros:

Arredamento nuovo; camera ampia e veramente pulita (nonostante l’onnipresente moquette).
Colazione stupenda: tanti prodotti di qualità (non le solite merendine da catena di hotel).
Personale molto gentile e disponibile: hanno portato ghiaccio e ventilatore per ovviamente il non funzionamento del clima.

Cons:

La temperatura! Purtroppo ho soggiornato durante l ondata di calore (30 gradi esterni, ma percepiti moooolto di più) e nelle stanze non era ancora stata accesa l’aria condizionata! Nella hall e nei corridoi sì, anzi, troppo freddo, ma le camere erano delle saune! Senza nemmeno la possibilità di aprire la finestra, a cui avevano tolto la maniglia -impedendo di isolarla anche acusticamente: sembrava di esser proprio nella carreggiata sottostante-.
