Pros:

Hôtel confortable, équipements suffisants. Idéalement situé par rapport à la salle de concert Accor Arena Bercy, à quelques stations seulement. Si vous arrivez de Normandie par la gare St Lazare vous êtes au top !

Disappointing experience with the night receptionist, which unfortunately affected an otherwise enjo
Pros:

Overall, our stay at Hotel Le Richemont was pleasant. The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful—except for one unfortunate incident with the night receptionist.

Cons:

We were travelling with our 3-year-old son and simply asked to use a microwave to warm his food. Earlier that day, another member of staff had told us this would be possible. However, the night receptionist, Valère, refused and spoke to us in a loud and rude manner despite knowing the food was for a young child. His attitude was disappointing and unfortunately overshadowed what had otherwise been a very enjoyable stay.
After we raised the matter, the manager apologised, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, one staff member’s behaviour turned what could have been a 10/10 experience into a disappointing one. I hope the hotel addresses this issue so that future guests do not have a similar experience.
