Struttura 5 stelle ma servizi da 3 stelle.
Pros:

Palazzo ed arredii spettacolari. Stanza adeguata e pulita. Garage molto comodo ed ampio. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Nella camera il minibar completamente sguarnito di prodotti. Presenti solo bottigliette di acqua minerale al prezzo di € 3,00 cadauna (anche se poi, al check out, fornite in omaggio). Mancanza delle ciabattine di cortesia. Richieste alla concierge non sono mai arrivate. Provato anche a richiederle tramite centralino telefonico (int. 9) senza però alcuna risposta. Servizo al bar molto lento. Mancanza di una macchinetta (tipo Nespresso) per il caffè ma solo bollitore d'acqua e bustine (caffè, the, camomilla, zucchero). Mancanza totale di cucchiaini per tazzine. Scarsissime indicazioni per uscire dal garage e salire all'albergo.

Flott hotell uten basseng men styr unna personalet
Pros:

Beliggenheten og flott hotell. Vi fikk store familierom som var connected til hverandre og moderne rom. Sengene var store og komfortable. Store vinduer med utsikt,

Personalet og igjen personalet.
Alt fra de som jobbet i resepsjonen og housekeeping.
De var sure, arrogante og likte ikke sine besøkende i det hele tatt. Det er greit å ha fint hotell men når personalet gir så dårlig service da ødelegger det oppholdet masse.

Персонал был вежлив и мил, но в рум сервис было крайне трудно дозвониться, напитки они несли нам около часа и затем обвинили нас, якобы у нас было включено "не беспокоить" что не правда, с потолка из кондиционера громко капала вода на паркет и для сна пришлось надеть беруши. Но в целом это свежий чистый отель для ночевки перед вылетом.
