Ice machine was not working. Arrived late and room keys did not work because the system had not updated, had to be let into room by front desk staff. Room was not cleaned 1 day during stay, but bathroom floors were not cleaned during stay.

It was beautiful from the outside

Cons:

They relocated me at 9:30 at night due to overbooking. I had called that morning to confirm and was not told about the change. They sent us to another facility 30 minutes away and had to pay an extra $250. I booked back in January. We had lunch reservations that we had to cancel because we were now an hour away.

het onthaal, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, een winkeltje in het hotel en de optie om starbucks te drinken. Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen. de kamer was mooi en groot met een mooi groot terras met zicht op het meer! Het bed was werkelijk heerlijk om in te slapen! koffie en theezetfaciliteiten aanwezig alsook koelkastje...
