Pros:

La posizione è ottima, hai tutta la citta a portata di mano e la metro per l'aeroporto a due passi. La stanza pulita e ben tenuta. Ottima la colazione e lo staff disponibilissimo.

Bekvämt hotell på bra läge. Extra plus för att det fanns separat wc och dusch på rummet. Smidigt när man är två personer som delar rum.

Pros:

Lokalizacja względem najważniejszych obiektów.

Cons:

Siłownia - stara, zardzewiała i brudna. Widać, że nikt dawno nie robił tam porządków. Sauny to w rzeczywistości jedna sauna, za dodatkową opłatą 8 euro za osobę (!). Śniadania - nieświeże pieczywo, mały wybór owoców.
W pierwszy dzień nie było ciepłej wody - personel wymawiał się tym, że to “globalny problem” - zero informacji gdziekolwiek, że nie będziemy się w stanie wykąpać (!). Później większość rzeczy z minibaru - po terminie. I to nie dzień, czy dwa, ale miesiące po terminie ważności do spożycia (!); wino oraz piwo w minibarku były otwarte, tak też pozostawione dla następnych gości, czyli nas.
Czystość łazienki pozostawia wiele do życzenia - podłogi brudne, ręcznik pod stopy był mokry, wisiał na kaloryferze - zatem zapewne nie został wymieniony po poprzednich gościach.
Recepcjonistka nocna na problem z wodą określiła go “problemem w całej okolicy”, a poranna zmiana jednakże twierdziła, że “padł jeden bojler, włączyliśmy drugi”.
Ogólnie hotel za tą cenę i za ten standard - bo w końcu 4* powinien znacznie więcej mieć do zaoferowania. Zdecydowanie tylko lokalizacja działa na plus.

La ubicación está muy bien, es muy céntrico y se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares históricos.

Cons:

El desayuno no tenía el mejor café y jugos, y algunas de las opciones de comida estaban frías.

I won’t stay there again.

The location and that the stuff is friendly.

Cons:

It’s not clean. Old ragged towels, some things are broken or very old, smell in the bathroom.
When I checked in I found an open can of beer in the minibar.

Ottimo hotel nel centro di Sofia
Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, metro vicina che porta all'aeroporto, colazione ricca e varia, letto molto comodo, bagno spazioso con bidet, wi-fi veloce.

Cons:

Sauna a pagamento, vista dalla camera bruttina, struttura un po' datata.

Czysto, smacznie i przestronnie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, jednocześnie w ciszy i spokoju. :)
Pros:

duża przestronna łazienka, czystość sypialni i jej przestronność. bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel, płynna komunikacja w języku angielskim. Śniadania smaczne, punktualnie, produkty w większości świeże. dostęp do siłowni o dowolnej porze. Duży wybór napojów podczas śniadania (kilka rodzajów kawy, herbata, napary ziołowe, herbaty owocowe, woda, soki, gorąca czekolada)

Cons:

zatkany prysznic, siłownia z częściowo niesprawna. Powtarzalne śniadania, trochę zbyt chłodne jajecznica, kiełbaski. Lodówka w pokoju zapełniona produktami do zakupu. Karta do pokoju otwierała pokój dopiero za 3-cim razem po przyłożeniu do czytnika.
