El restaurante es sencillo al igual que el Menú, sin embargo, cumple muy bien con lo básico .
Muy atenta y amable la mesera del restaurante al igual que el valet parking y las chicas de recepción

Cons:

Deberían mandar lavar la tapicería de las sillas del restaurante,están muy sucias .
El agua de la regadera se sale del cancel

Estancia en "Hotel Grand Vista Cuernavaca" del 30 de abril al 4 de mayo
Pros:

La temperatura de la alberca era la adecuada para poderte meter en cualquier momento y poder refrescarte.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el internet y se tardaron de resolverlo al rededor de 3 horas.

Breakfast was ok but not remarkable

Cons:

There was no elevator and no one to help out with the luggage as the room was on the top floor.
There wasn't an iron machine in the room, had to go look for it at the front desk, They could at least bring it over to the room as part of the room service.
Called the front desk for help with the TV but the wait was too long, finally I figured it out by myself but no one showed up.

Pros:

The location was great, not in the center of town but close enough to it and to other restaurants and stores. The food at the hotel was good too. We enjoyed the pool as well. There staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The plumbing backed up in the tub on our last day, probably from the rain? of us were a no go on showering.

La ubicacion aunque no esta en el centro te perrmite caminar por la calle y comer cerca,La atencion del personal tb muy bien.La alberca esta bien aunque un poco mal diseñada incomoda para salir entrar y no demasiado grande.En general el sitio si lo tubiesen bien mantenido , poco mas modernizado y sobretodo no hubiese ruido por las noches esta bien.

Cons:

No se podia dormir por las noches se escucha musica hasta las 4 o 5 de la madrugada tubimos que dormir con tapones y aun asi,eso fue lo peor.Otra inconveniente es que el edificio son como dos nieveles,el coche lo dejas en planta baja y te toca subir dos pisos con las maletas...no hay personal que ayude con eso?porque no hay elevador?Muy mala para personas con problemas de movilidad.La habitacion no era la mas moderna,pintada con coterones y manchones en el techo,una lampara no funionaba.los camastros de la alberca incomodos a mas no poder,rigidos,no regulables a nibel de suelo y con colchonetas asquerosas y con muy poco relleno
