Beautifully maintained and in a really lovely part of the world

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier than planned due to a passport issue involving my child. Whilst I accept that the booking was not refundable, I did ask them to consider a credit given the circumstances of my premature departure. Unfortunately, they were not willing to even consider this. I got the sense from the general manager that this issue wasn’t even considered meaningfully and once the money had been secured, they would hide behind the small print in terms and conditions rather than meaningfully engage with my request. Unfortunately, this was an unavoidable situation at my end. I would have returned to this hotel later on in the year not only for the balance of this day that additional days. However, the general attitude has left a poor last impression and I will not be returning.

Szép környezet.

Cons:

A reggeli választék ötcsillagos szállodához képest eléggé gyér. Zöldség tekintetében különösen gyenge volt a felhozatal.

Property is beautiful with great facilities. Perfect for families and amazing location and views. Appears to be 5 star

Cons:

Staff for the most part needs WAY more training for a 5 star property! It took 5 minutes for a bellman to come get our bags when we arrived in our car. The front desk was less than friendly when checking in- it felt amateurish and not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.
The staff were not very friendly. Hotel felt a bit empty and like we had to search for assistance. We called down for a blanket and it never came.
The food was all buffet style for lunch and breakfast and I would give it 5 out of 10. Very disappointed.
When we checked out, the bellman walked us to our car that was valeted out front and didn’t put our bags in the car - I had to. Ridiculous
