Pros:

Stunning location in Lapad with gorgeous little beach right at the hotel. Nice beach bar and views over the Adriatic. The property was a bit tired but comfortable.

Cons:

The facilities could do with an upgrade, everything was pretty tired and in need of a refurb.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was fantastic for a family vacation. Also, the view from the balcony was spectacular. The staff was friendly. We had a day trip to Montenegro one day, and they packed some breakfast for us at 6AM.

Cons:

The drainage system in the shower was not good at all. We had to call maintenance, but it was not resolved properly. The breakfast items could be more; they were very basic. We understand in the summer season the price is high, but with 250 euro per night, the breakfast could be more enriched. As the hotel was not that new, the locks of the wooden doors need maintenance as well.

Hotel verdadeiramente esplêndido!
Pros:

Tudo absolutamente perfeito! O hotel é lindo! A praia privativa é espetacular! O restaurante tem uma vista deslumbrante e a comida é uma delícia. Quantas vezes nós voltarmos a Dubrovnik, tantas ficaremos no mesmo hotel.

Estava vazando água do box do banheiro.
