Beautiful location and friendly staff
Pros:

Really friendly stuff, beautiful views and sea was crystal clear

Cons:

Paying for sunbeds every day and a lot of local kids jumping in and out of the sea constantly

Short staying Dubrovnik
Pros:

Nice room overlooking water with swimming.

Cons:

Outside of our room which had A/C it was warm. Restaurants need FANS for some ventilation and to keep yellow jackets away.

Excelente, frente al mar
Pros:

Buena ubicación, el bus para ir al casco histórico estaba cerca y el viaje eran 15’. Estaba sobre la playa y se podía tomar baños de mar. El desayuno muy bueno

Great location but poor service
Pros:

I chose this hotel for its location: sunset exposure, not too close to the gigantic concrete hotels in the bay, quiet / not crowded creek 5 min walk on the left, and a direct bus to the city.

Cons:

Even if I wasn't expecting too much for this range of rates, I was still disappointed for an over 200€ night rate. Staff is friendly but not super professional, and daily room cleaning is very light (my glasses in the bathroom were not washed). I'm not super picky in general, but I think this hotel has great location potential and with a little work, it could be a very nice place to stay.

Stay after Cruise
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

Reception could give more information about the area.
We arrived at 10am, for 3pm Checkin. Our bags were allowed to be stored at the Hotel.
We were not informed about the access to the Hotel down the road, that had Spar Facilities and a swimming pool.
We were not informed about the lovely walkway a little way from the Hotel, with Restaurant s etc.
We were only informed at checkout, when one of us had an evening departure by aeroplane and wanted to stay in the area, to leave bags at the Hotel.

Täydellinen rantaloma
Pros:

Aivan mahtava hotelli, upea sijainti turkoosina hohtavan meren äärellä ja viihtyisä oma ranta sekä kaunis puutarha. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Huone oli viihtyisä ja helteelläkin viileä hyvän ilmastoinnin ansiosta. Sängyt olivat hyvät nukkua ja huoneen parvekkeelta oli upeat näkymät merelle. Hyvä aamiainen, jota sai nauttia ulkoterassilla merinäköalalla. Kaunis rantabulevardi lähellä aamukävelyjä varten.

Cons:

Ainoa pieni miinus olivat ampiaiset aamiaisterassilla.

Great located hotel with developable services.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolute 5 star, at least when it comes to swimming. The clenaing lady thoroughly cleaned our room every day, wifi, AC unit were also working well, staff was nice. Over all we had a very nice time but it should be noted that the services accurately reflecting that this is "only" a three star hotel.

Cons:

Hotel staff kindly suggested the Tramonto restaurant inside the hotel as an option for eating/having a drink. That was an absolute rip off for us. The squid we got would not have been enough for a child and we also made the mistake of asking for a lemonade each. That was literally just tap water with some lemon in it. But at least it was expensive... The own "aperitif bar" of the hotel isn't any better. Asked for two cocktails which means that the bossy older lady from the cafeteria jumps in as a bartender and mixing up some cheap stuff for 10+ euros. Had to learn quickly that we shouldn't spend money at them for "extra" stuff which is quite unfortunate, it would be nice seeing them improving on these things.

Gradevole posizione sul mare. Comodità della fermata del bus per raggiungere il centro di Dubrovnik. Molto fruibili gli spazi esterni.
