Confortável e agradável
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto com varanda e vista pro mar, bom café da manhã e localização.
Ônibus para o centro histórico na porta do hotel.
Lindo por do sol visto da varanda.

Cons:

Não tem elevador e o banheiro tem um cheiro forte, não por falta de limpeza, mas pelo encanamento sai um cheiro desagradável.

Perfect for Dubrovnik visit... Close and yet far enough away
Pros:

Location.... Easy access by bus to Old Town. 15 minutes.. The bus stop is literally called Hotel Splendid. Bus 4. The views from restaurants are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean... Also with great views. Great breakfast buffet options.

Cons:

Need electrical outlets on the night stands or on the wall near both sides of the bed... Not just a USB port

Top locatie, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Super mooie plek aan het water en lekker buiten de drukke stad. Je bent er zo met de bus. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We hadden nog een extra dag bijgeboekt en ze hebben erg hub best gedaan dat we op dezelfde kamer konden blijven. En als kers op de taart, mijn vrouw was jarig en er stonden mooie rozen en een fles champagne met 2 glazen op de kamer

De WiFi deed het boven wat minder goed

Pros:

The view is amazing. Paula the receptionist was very polite, helpful and very friendly. The bar overlooking the water was terrific . Rooms were very clean

Cons:

The facilities are out of date and due for major renovation. The main buildings were disappointing. You could hear doors slamming in adjoining rooms, noisy plumbing. Breakfast was pretty good. Dinners not so much

Lovely just would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the problem with the sun beds
Pros:

Location was great easy to catch a bus into town, number four just across the road

Cons:

I couldn’t believe the hotel change 30 euros for two sun beds, and 10 for an umbrella even if you are a guest, I have never experienced this before in thirty years of travel. Sun beds should 100% be free for guests, the hotel provides everything else to make there guests comfortable this just really lets them down.

3⭐ in my opinion should be upgraded to a 3⭐ plus.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, the food variety, cleanliness and comfort of my room. Brilliant location and right near a bus stop. Beach and s enuc walks nearby.

Cold bacon at breakfast.

Nice hotel and stay
Pros:

The location was good and breakfast decent too. All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Can't believe hotel residents have to pay for use of a sunbed. Think that's really poor.
