Disappointing
Pros:

Very disappointing. I was with a family and this place did not meet our expectations.

Cons:

Very Dirty room and no breakfast. Although our room said breakfast is included but there was no breakfast, only bread in the name of breakfast was available. Moreover, the receptionist was uninterested if we asked for anything. Poor customer service..

Worth spending the extra money to stay elsewhere
Cons:

The lobby, lot and room felt very unkept. The bathroom was dirty. The 'continental breakfast' was disappointing. I watched a staff member drop waffles on the floor, pick them up with bare hands and put them back on the tray to serve to the customers. We checked out early and ate elsewhere. We were looking for 'budget friendly' but not this.

Best Budget if youre okay to stay in filth

I have nothing good to say other than the location is great for food options

Cons:

It was dirty. Half the plugs looked burned. Plug forbair conditioner didnt work and had to stretch cord over oven to another plug. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes smoke and they're were burn holes on the bedding. Our stuff came home smelling of smoke. Gross - and we have kids. Not acceptable for a non smoking room. Lots of dust. The 'breakfasts' was stale cereal, toast and eggo waffles. Breakfast 7-9 and there was only cereal at 720 the first morning. 2nd morning toast and eggos. Gross shriveled sponge in sink for dishwashing.

For the price it was ok hotel is quite run down needs some touching up
