Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Direen was pleasant and informative. Service was great at the bar and at the Front Desk. Highly recommend the drip coffee and grapefruit juice.

Cons:

Valet Parking is the only option and there is a lot of construction around the area at this time. So there was always a delay in getting cars or leaving the turn around area.

Pros:

The property was beautiful. There are plenty of food options within a 2 mile radius. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The location is great for restaurants and shops, and it’s very close to the Riverwalk.

Cons:

I don’t like sliding doors on the bathroom because they make so much noise when opened and closed at night.

Beautiful hotel staff is amazing. They care about your needs and your stay.

What a great hotel, from the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed. When we walked in to check in, we were greeted by friendly, smiling staff really made us feel welcomed.

Hotel isn’t a great location with all kinds of restaurants and activities in the area and just down the street from beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. If you’re not feeling like hitting the streets for one of the fine restaurants, the restaurant has a great breakfast in the morning and the staff there also looking to make your experience perfect

Great stay
Pros:

Good stay at the Hyatt Centric. Great location in a good area of downtown, walking distance to restaurants. It was the perfect stay before our cruise from Fort Lauderdale.

Pros:

A phenomenal hotel experience in beautiful downtown Fort Lauderdale. Just off the river walk with dining and shopping on Las Olas blvd. Located only a short walk to the Brightline station. Complimentary drop off by Tesla is a huge plus, and return service is available by third party electric rideshare service in the area.

Pros:

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary and the staff made our stay so enjoyable. From the time we arrived, the valet went out of his way to take care of us. The front desk staff were so pleasant and did everything they could to make sure we felt comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the pool bar, the restaurant and the bartender were all welcoming and extremely accommodating. Rodricka, Direen, Ash and Ary will be the reason we come back again next year! The location was perfect for us as we really like the shops and restaurants on Las Olas Blvd. The water taxi stop is also very close.
