I recently hosted a large family reunion event here at the Hyatt and the event was amazing! My family members were all very pleased with the kindness and generosity of the staff and the food was delicious. We were in the Tarpon Suite with the balcony area overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale.

There was ample space and the table settings, room supplies (podium, microphone), and chairs were all arranged and ready prior to the start of the event. Special thank you to Anna Firestone and her day-of assistant Janet for making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely host an event here again and would recommend this venue for anyone wanting to host a large event for family/friends. Awesome experience!

Top tier service from staff at front desk as well as restaurant. Housekeeping here is also top tier. The room was so clean and welcoming. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were modern and very comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, location was central, valet services superbly efficient even on a particularly busy night. I highly recommend this hotel.

In February 2024. We reserved rooms connected to the pool, then at the last minute, we were unable to use the rooftop pool after 3 pm due to a scheduled event.

THE Hyatt Centric Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale Director of Rooms, Mr. Jeffrey Katz personally arranged for us to enjoy free breakfast, and complementary drink vouchers to offset the inconvenience of the scheduling conflict.

Fast forward…July 2026 I reserved four rooms (8 guests) for March 2027 forward of a cruise out of the Fort Lauderdale area. When I called to ask if we could receive any consideration for the number of rooms we reserved, Hyatt Centric Las Olas Team Member, Gabriella S. graciously added complimentary breakfast to all reserved rooms/guests.

I understand in the big picture, it may seem minor, but my family greatly appreciates your team’s professionalism, consideration, and help navigating requests that can’t be accomplished through online reservation portals.

We look forward to staying at your facility in March. Thank you to all of THE Hyatt Centric Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale team! Your help and kindness did not go unnoticed.

Excellent location, great facilities, staff is outstanding.

The hotel is in a great spot and the rooms and facilities are modern and nice. You have so many great shops and restaurants in short walking distance, and it’s a convenient location from FLL as well as working in nearby cities.

I made a complex set of reservations under my name to get rooms for myself and a number of international customers I was traveling with. This created a mess on the payment system, but the staff including the manager were outstanding in helping to work through this and ensure everything was right. They were very kind to the customer (and me) and we had a great stay in Las Olas.

I really enjoyed my stay here and will gladly come back again (and bring my customers) the next time I am working or traveling to the area. I recommend this hotel for business or leisure trips and only wish I had a bit more time to enjoy the pool!

Yet again another top-notch experience at the Hyatt Centric in Las Olas! The hotel is superb. Very clean and well appointed. The staff is the best in the business! I wish I could call out all of the names of folks I interacted with, but a few stand outs are Flo at the front desk who is so friendly and always greets you with a smile, AC at the pool bar who is truly an exceptional and caring person, Alex at the restaurant who provided stellar service at breakfast and Peter Jon the Manager who ensured we had the BEST stay. We will be back A LOT as our daughter just joined the Miami Dolphins Cheer Team. Fins up!! We look forward to seeing the crew again soon!!

We arrived at the hotel, greeted warmly and were very pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a luxury suite. Everyone one was very friendly from valet to servers. Room was exceptional, lots of space and amenities, we didn’t want to leave the room. Hotels location was close to restaurants and a short ride to airport. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel for several days or passing through.

One night pre-cruise stay. Booked two rooms for our group. We were greeted by Florian who treated us extremely well. He was professional, friendly, a generous smile, he made sure we were on the same floor. He even booked our transportation to the cruise port without hesitation. I have to say that he was one of the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered. The hotel is beautiful, clean and inviting. You cannot ask for a better location, you are in walking distance to all the action on Las Olas, including bars, restaurants, shopping, the water taxi and riverwalk. The price as fantastic for this level of hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. We have found our pre-cruise hotel when traveling from Fort Lauderdale and Miami. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and really enjoyable. The breakfast staff was super patient and attentive, especially with our dietary needs, which we really appreciated. The bartender was also amazing and even had us try a new cocktail that ended up being a favorite.

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and a nice added bonus was being able to take a free Uber (Tesla) within a couple of miles of the hotel — such a great perk and super convenient for getting around. I’ve stayed at several higher-end hotels, and this one is definitely one I’d come back to. Highly recommend!
