Overall a good experience and would book again.
Pros:

Room and facility were clean. Staff was excellent. The shuttle bus was a big plus and the driver was very accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast. Overall a good experience.

Cons:

No safe in room.

Good for the money. Great location.
Pros:

The sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable. I slept well.

Cons:

The room was sparce. The bathroom didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper or soap. The carpet did not appeared to have been vacuumed.

Friendly staff. If check-in is at 3 PM, why wouldn’t a room be ready at 7:45 PM? Room was a disappointment.
Pros:

Convenient for where I was going. Great breakfast staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Upon my arrival at 7:45 PM I was informed that my room wasn’t even ready yet. Figured that late in the day it would’ve been. Staff upgraded me to a king suite. When I got to my door, I noticed that the door was all chipped up. There was a lot of empty space for a king suite the furniture was totally outdated. There was a very poor plaster on the ceiling patch job, which was cracking. The whole room needs to be repainted a lot of chips and dings in the walls. Bathroom door had no towel hook on the back that door was not in great shape. Shower curtain was yellow and dingy on the bottom. The whole room needs to be updated. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel the first time I liked the room this time not so much. Updates needed.

I was disappointed in the care of the room and doubt that I would book again.
Cons:

Bathroom not cleaned daily, room door broken would not close, maintenance attempted to repair, next day door broken again, would not close without lifting up and slamming, then dead bolt would not work. Communication difficulties with staff by not speaking any English. Staff was pleasant and once understood what we were asking for were willing to provide requested items. Breakfast was good and staff helpful.

Relatively clean and comfortable place to stay, but many things were inconvenient or broken.
Pros:

It is a cheaper option for a hotel and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was above average.

Cons:

The hinge on our room door was not screwed in so in order to close the door I had to lift it up and shut it. The knob for the shower was broken. We asked for a crib and they said they would provide one, but we did not have one upon our arrival. No one was there to check me in and I had to walk around the property to find somebody to help me. They didn’t have any water fountains outside of the gym, but that one was empty. Generally the place seemed in disarray. It looks like they are doing renovation work, throughout the building, but the pictures online definitely made it seem more put together and upscale.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and the added convenience of the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, along with the supplies, were a welcome addition.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The people who were in charge of the desk were warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. There was a professional, yet, family-type atmosphere that added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that our stay was too short.
