This was a disappointing experience.
Pros:

The two staff members that worked evening/night shift were helpful and made efforts to remedy the situation. Parking was easy.

Cons:

The hotel was in shabby condition, overall. Lots of repairs need to be done and the building with the suites was damp, dark, and smelly.

Great Stay
Pros:

This was a particularly comfortable hotel that we would stay in again should the chance arise. It had a lovely ambiance to the lobby, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were perfect for the night. Great stay!

Overbooked lied about cancellation and did not accommodate us to find another room
Pros:

Our room was booked with a Wedding party of eight rooms they would not let us check into our room early told them that we would check in when we get back between 9 and 10 PM. They said no problem around 7 PM. I got an email saying that they canceled our reservation due to a Watermain break which was a lie. They told us that it only affected our room then another one of the guests that were part of the wedding party. Also, the room was canceled and we’re given no reason why They were overbooked because a sports team won and they had to play again so they had to keep the rooms for another night. Unfortunately, there was no other rooms available within an hour car ride of the current hotel very unfortunate we were not able to continue the celebration of my sister‘s wedding

Definitely not worth the price
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we had to be. Best thing about our stay was Emily, the bartender.

Cons:

The showers did not get hot. The shower door won’t close all the way you try closing it all the way, and it was slide back open. The breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were watery. They had a buyer, but there was no alcohol you had to get only beer or the canned drinks. We stayed there for a wedding and two guest of the wedding had booked it for Saturday and they ended up canceling their booking on that day. They told them that there was water main break, but we were told by another guest that was sitting there that was with a tennis team that was there. They were supposed to check out because they didn’t expect to win, but they won so they stayed longer and that was why they couldn’t get the room. The hotel was definitely not worth the price.

Nice stay in Saratoga Springs

The hotel was clean spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is advertised with shuttle service to the city but not available this time of year. We wish that would have been disclosed.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

No one at desk for over 5 -10 min. When we arrived.. apologized and was very nice once they got there.. also we stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned… had to call to get towels.. which arrived quickly and person who delivered was great.. when we checked out… was told the hotel was short of help so that’s why our room was not cleaned..certainly not the end of the world .. it just should not happen.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

They shuttled us to the concert venue and back for free. The bed was very comfortable which for me is priority number 1. Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. Will be back every time we are in Saratoga Springs.
