Pros:

Clean , friendly staff

Cons:

We paid extra for breakfast, but there was only one breakfast option available each morning. My 9-year-old son’s meal came with scrambled eggs only, and we were told we had to pay extra for bread. The hotel also did not mention that parking costs an additional $25 per night. Overall, this was disappointing and not what we expected.

Excellent.
Pros:

A small menu but very good. Good location for me as I came for a medical visit and hospital was just blocks away. Stayed in a suite room which was very comfortable and clean. The entire hotel looked new and clean.

Cons:

Could come up with no deficiancies.

Pros:

The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping folks were outstanding and really were trying hard!

Cons:

The food in the Bistro was great tasting, but took a very, very long time. We were the only group (4) in the restaurant at the time, and we waited for quite some time.
