Do not stay at the door by the entrance. You get disturbance from the hotel guests and the people at the streets hitting

Cons:

There was no staff at the hotel, its like an airbnb you share with other people. When we had safety/ comfort challenges and struggles at the hotel they didn’t present any solutions.

Il manque une feuille explicative pour expliquer que le bain bulle fonctionne de telle manière parce que nous nous somme demandé si c'était normal qu'une fois vidé, environ un quart d'heure plus tard , un bruit fort se fasse entendre.
Nous étions vraiment perplexe le temps que le bruit perdure.
Autre chose, il y a eu des bruits étranges dans la chambre à partir de 6 heures du matin, un peu comme une machine expresso qui se met en marche ... Très désagréable et ce toute la matinée. Nous avons très mal dormi malgré que la literie soit bonne .

Chambre suffisante pour un séjour court, mais pas très confortable à deux pour un séjour moyen long

Ik ben niet eens gebleven.

Wat mij vooral niet beviel aan het verblijf was de algemene staat van de kamer en het gevoel van hygiëne en comfort.

Na een lange reis kwam ik aan en gebruikte ik direct de douche. Pas daarna ontdekte ik dat het bed meerdere vlekken en haren bevatte, wat voor mij erg onhygiënisch aanvoelde. Hierdoor voelde ik me simpelweg niet meer comfortabel of veilig genoeg om daar te overnachten.

Daarnaast kwam de kamer in werkelijkheid veel kleiner en benauwder over dan op de foto’s van Booking.com. Het “tweepersoonsbed” voelde eerder als een twijfelaar dan als een echt tweepersoonsbed.

Hoewel het hotel heeft aangeboden om de lakens te vervangen, voelde het probleem voor mij groter dan alleen schone lakens. De totale indruk van de kamer gaf mij geen prettig of schoon gevoel meer, waardoor ik uiteindelijk besloot te vertrekken en een ander hotel te boeken op eigen kosten.

Wat ik daarnaast jammer vond, was de manier waarop er met de situatie werd omgegaan. Ik heb uiteindelijk niet eens in de kamer geslapen, maar er werd weinig begrip getoond voor mijn ervaring of geprobeerd om tot een redelijke gedeeltelijke oplossing te komen, behalve het volledig behouden van de reserveringskosten.

Ik begrijp dat schoonmaakkosten terecht kunnen zijn omdat ik de douche heb gebruikt, maar ik vind het niet redelijk om de volledige kosten van het verblijf te behouden terwijl ik uiteindelijk niet ben gebleven.
