The quality of breakfast on offer and service was excellent - service with a smile. Best that we've witnessed at a hotel in a long while. Didn't use the spa but the pool was superb. Plenty of sun loungers and that's in August. Best thing about the entire stay was the friendliness of the staff, however. Absolutely delightful and very welcoming from start to end.
Air con not the best and the towels a bit thin and tired looking but not a deal breaker. The lovely staff made up for this in every way!

De la media pensión el menú de la cena es repetitivo, después de 5 noches nos dijeron varias personas que a los clientes de más de tres noches suelen ofrecerle otra cosa, se lo dijimos al metre DANIEL y nos dijo que no, por lo que vivimos a cenar lo mismo durante dos noches más, creemos que deberían darle una vuelta ya que el hotel está muy bien para tenga esta reseña negativa.

Everything was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was super welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities were also very clean, smelling lovely and quite spacious. We booked half board and thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast the following morning. Loved the fact that dinner was served by the pool. It was the perfect ambience to celebrate our anniversary! This was our 2nd visit but will certainly not be the last.
The only thing I can mention as a negative is the lighting in the room. Both the bathroom and bedroom could do with a brighter option.

La zona, mucho tráfico, poca variedad de comida. Poca animación por las noches, al ser verano, como muy tarde las cenas después de las 10 no podías ir y después no había nada para hacer. Los camareros del cóctel retirándote los vasos y con ganas de cerrar…
La piscina tenía una temperatura para mi gusto en su punto, es decir, que se estaba a gusto en el agua. El desayuno muy bien, creo que tienen a bien una racionalización de los productos.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, muy agradables y muy buena atención. Hacen todo lo posible porque todo esté bien para el cliente. Hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso, buen ambiente de clientes, ideal para relajarse y desconectar (en nuestro caso justo lo que buscábamos).
Mal comunicado con el acceso a la playa, lo que hace necesario coger el coche si no quieres andar 20 minutos de cuestas en pleno verano. Por poner otra pequeña pega, las cenas son a la carta y es poco variada en mi opinión, ya que si estás un tiempo más largo de vacaciones necesariamente tienes que repetir platos. Aún así, comunicamos esto al personal de restauración e hicieron lo posible para que esto no ocurriera y tuvieron algún detalle con nosotras.
