Location near Phrom Phong station is perfect. Rooms are big, every day cleaning is excellent. The view on the higher floors is stunning! People at reception and cleaning ladies are very nice. The swimming pool is just great!
The room next to us was being renovated, it seems like there was a big leakage. It gave a little bit of noise during the day, but never early or late, it was not a big nuisance at all.
Our family spent four nights here and loved every moment.
The suite gave everyone enough space to relax without feeling crowded. The beds were comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean from the day we arrived until the day we checked out.
One evening we asked for extra towels and pillows, and they arrived within just a few minutes. Small details like that made us feel genuinely cared for.
The swimming pool was clean and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after shopping nearby.

The central location with direct connectivity, as well as the spacious and well-equipped suites, made our stay very pleasant. The friendly service provided by the staff is also worth highlighting positively.
There were no notable shortcomings during our stay. Minor improvements in terms of furnishings or slightly shorter waiting times during peak hours would be desirable, though they did not detract from the overall impression.
I had a wonderful stay at Emporium Suites. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping , restaurant, and public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great city views and all the amenities I need.
