快適な滞在でした。
Pros:

駅、ショッピングモールと直結で立地がたいへん良い。雨が降っても、駅からは濡れずに移動できる。朝食の種類は豊富で、日本人向けメニューも多く揃っていた。部屋の広さ、快適さともに文句はない。スタッフも丁寧で親切でした。

Cons:

ロビーはGFだが部屋は高層階にあるため、エレベータの待ち時間が長くなる場合がある。

Back to the Emporium Suites where high standards , friendly and professional service is consistent.
Pros:

I was upgraded to a two bed suite which was a wonderful surprise. The suite is large and quiet. If you need to relax and sleep or just chill reading a book the suite is your private apartment. I used the gym and pool most days and they are both excellent. Also breakfast is great with ample choices and nice staff. Reception also are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe only little things but sachets of powder for washing machine would be good. Otherwise you have to buy a packet at supermarket which is a waste for one or two washes. Also cutlery in kitchen would be good.

A Relaxing Stay That Felt Like Home
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and remembered me throughout my stay, which was a nice touch.

I also asked the Front Office for a quiet café nearby, and they kindly recommended a few places and showed me on the map.

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Location is perfect, the service is amazing, the cleanliness is very good. It sits between three malls, so all you need is just under you. And it is directly connected to the BTS station. You couldnt ask for more. The rooms are very spacious and they offer suites which is perfect for familys. And the pool and outside seating area is just beautiful.

Amazing Experience
Pros:

Emporium suites by chatrium is highly recommended ! The location is perfect. It lies between three of the most beautiful malls, emporium, emshpere and emquartier ! The rooms are very spacious, and very clean. All of the staff are very friendly, and the service is more than perfect ! Consider coming here if you are in Bangkok !

A Pleasant Property to stay with Family
Pros:

After a long pause, my wife and I recently visited Bangkok and, for the first time, stayed at Emporium Suites by Chatrium on Sukhumvit Soi 24. At check-in, I opted for an upgrade, and overall, our experience was very pleasant.

The suite was spacious, well equipped and well maintained. One of the greatest advantages of staying here is the convenience of having almost everything within the same complex, including excellent shopping and a wide variety of eateries. The staff were consistently polite, courteous and helpful.

The swimming pool area is particularly pleasant, beautifully surrounded by greenery and offering a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was moderately good, with a reasonable selection.

There are, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. The television lacked modern smart-TV features such as Netflix and YouTube, which one would normally expect from a property of this standard. More importantly, the shower water supply was rather unsatisfactory, particularly in terms of temperature mixing and water flow.

Despite these minor shortcomings, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I would happily recommend this property, particularly to families looking for a comfortable, convenient and peaceful stay in the heart of Bangkok.
