The Emporium Suites by Chatrium is Amazing.
Pros:

The Suite size was very generous and fits well into our lifestyle stay without cramping space. I love the Suite Layout on the 41st floor with full kitchen amenities and spacious living and bedroom. The view from the 41st floor looking into the city was amazing.

Not to mention the grand hospitality service with warm welcome and attention from the lobby to restaurants.

Cons:

I love what they do with the bathroom, but having stayed at the Emporium many times, the bathroom with a huge tub is, by design , a bit behind the modern trend. I think a big bathtub is hard to get in and out, but also does not contain water very well. The bathtub is also difficult to shower in.

I think Emporium needs to upgrade the bathroom from tub to standing shower.

Pros:

On the 40bth floor during the day the views where sensational,at night it was like having your own Sky Bar sitting out on the balcony, super quiet, room service meals were good value, and in ordered a cheeseburger one time, the best I ever had. We will make this hotel the destination hotel in Bkk time we come.

Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Spacious clean and comfortable rooms right next to the Emporium shopping center and BTS. Excellently located for trips near and far. Staff were always courteous and helpful.

Wir haben im Hotel einen fantastischen Aufenthalt erlebt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen – das gesamte Team strahlt echte Gastfreundschaft aus und war jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut makellos sauber. Das Bett äußerst komfortabel, die Ausstattung modern und durchdacht – hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Auch die Ruhe im Haus hat uns positiv überrascht, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen.
Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück: eine große, hochwertige Auswahl mit frischen, regionalen Produkten, liebevoll angerichtet. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – zentral und dennoch ruhig, mit guter Anbindung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet.
Fazit: Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

My stay was great
Pros:

Stayed at Emporium Suites quite a few times now. Rooms are big, got everything a family could ask for and want, except one thing. The TVs are a little outdated, so I can't really put on anything on TV other than YouTube on TV and it gets a little slow.

This can be fixed if we, the customers, can have a way to connect to our laptops, tablets or TV boxes with an HDMI port instead of the old RCA connectors/cables.

Other than that, I'm pretty happy with this place.

Very Impressive hotel in great Bangkok location
Pros:

Great hotel in the middle of Bangkok. All amenities were top notch and the buffet breakfast was an absolute standout. Gym was also very well equipped and views from the 39th floor were amazing.
