Die Lautstärke im Sommer bei notgedrungenermaßen geöffneten Fenstern ist mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig und nichts für schwache Nerven und einen leichten Schlaf.

Pros:

Access to S-bahn and Regional train is extremely convenient and no noise gets brought about. Kitchenette is well equipped. Staff are friendly.

O espaço é legal, boa localização, tem uma pequena academia com vista bonita. Tem paragem de ônibus mesmo ao lado e estações de trem perto. O quarto é ok, funcional.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zweckmäßig und gut. Am Wochenende kein Personal vor Ort.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut - nicht zu weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Dass es an der Bahnlinie liegt, war mir klar. Aber das machte das Lüften bei dem warmen Wetter etwas schwierig. Ein Frühstück benötigte ich nicht. Deshalb war es kein Problem, dass es das am Wochenende nicht gibt.
Ein besonderer Dank gilt der freundlichen Dame, die mir am Freitagmorgen am Telefon beschrieben hatte, wie ich mich am Samstag ohne Personal vor Ort einchecken könnte. Das hat dann sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich gut. Aber beide Handtücher hatten braune Flecken.
Ich war froh, dass ich unter der Reuterbrücke parken konnte. Denn für das Einchecken über den Terminal benötige ich Zeit, während der ich ungern mein Auto vor der Tür abgestellt hätte, was nicht erlaubt ist und bestimmt die Linienbusse behindert, die alle paar Minuten vorbeifahren.

The room was extremely hot and opening the windows didn't help at all. It actually made the noise from the traffic and railway unbearable.I wish you could provide for some portable air conditioners in the room. I could hardly breathe.

Pros:

Es war zu erwarten das es nicht ruhig ist in der Innenstadt. Auch war eine Bahnstrecke unmittelbar in der Nähe. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es ruhig im Zimmer.

Sicuramente la stanza era molto spaziosa, ben pulita e con un'ampia scrivania. Nota a favore la possibilità di cucinarsi qualcosa, come la colazione in camera, grazie alla presenza di una piccola cucina.

Non c'è l'aria condizionata in stanza, avevamo solo un ventilatore e per dormire bene dovevamo lasciare le finestre aperte la notte ma a causa del continuo passaggio del treno (sotto la struttura) non abbiamo riposato in maniera giusta.

Wir haben für ein Konzert am KUNST!RASEN eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gesucht und waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend und für eine Nacht ist das Zimmer absolut ausreichend. Trotz unseres Zimmers zur Straßenseite war es angenehm ruhig.

Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Besonders praktisch war der vorab gebuchte Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 10 €.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war zwar nicht das modernste, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.
