Monica and Aristos were excellent in their customer service and warm welcome, adding exceptional value to my parents’ stay and they are a credit to the hotel and themselves.

Incident with others (nothing to do with us ) when we pulled up but overall it was okay
We had an amazing stay, we were checked in to our room on arrival around 9.30am by the lovely Amanda, we were blown away to be told a room was ready & given our keys. This above & beyond our expectations & we were so grateful as we had a wedding to attend later that day.
Every staff member we met was first class, friendly, helpful, professional & a credit to this lovely hotel.
We have stayed a few times previoulsly & have enjoyed our stays & wouldn't hesitate to recomnend & stay again.
Breakfast was served until 10am & we arrived hopeful at 9.45am & we were greeted with smiles welcomed into the dining area & ordered a lovely cooked breakfast, plenty of choice & good value.
Our room had everything we needed & extra such as tea & coffee & to my delight a bath, not many hotel have baths these days, the shower above was good & powerful too.

Not being informed until i arrived that there was a parking fee each night of my stay of £4 which just seemed wrong when you have no where else to park .
Sheets did not seem to properly fit the mattress.
