LOCATION SETTING. ROOM AND BATHROOM GOOD
PAYING FOR PARKING IF NOT BOOKED DIRECT. NO FRIDGE IN ROOM. ON BUSINESS HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE BREAKFAST SERVED.
Exceptional meal at the restaurant and reasonably priced . Very clean and comfy beds

Bathriom door didn't open very wide and threshold from room to bathroom wasn't flush so uneven threshold and door opening very narrow
Shower screen was fixed to bath and again narrow to get in and out of bath
The room was decorated beautifully, plenty of space and made our wedding night special. The staff went above and beyond for us. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels.

The staff were so lovely and kind, the property was beautiful, so clean, food was lovely too.
Very convenient on the way from eurotunnel to London.

Convenient for Tilbury .
Having to pay £4 to park , ridiculous if you are staying in the hotel . Obviously the room was designed by a man , shaver plug in front of a mirror , however the only mirror in the room apart from the bathroom has no plug socket nearby . Not ideal for a lady drying her hair !
The lady at reception was fantastic. She went above and beyond to accommodate our special stay.
Bar staff seemed to have a lack of knowledge and came across new. Asking me how to make up a drink we wanted.

The breakfast was good, but no muesli. I enjoyed the salmon and avocado on toast. The staff were friendly especially the lady on reception. The garden is nice to sit out on. A good place when waiting to board a cruise ship.
The classic rustic pizza was rather uninteresting- a vegetarian pizza with peppers, mushrooms etc would have been better. It was also very difficult to cut with the knife I was given!
