The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean but had some issues with shower drain, bathroom fan not working and intermittent issues with door lock
Restaurant was very bland and cold looking, several food dishes not available from bar or restaurant menu and unable to cook poached egg correctly with breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the outside seating area was lovely to be able to use in the unusal heatwave!
The second night of my stay there was a group of guest that were very noisy, while I was trying to sleep, which was a shame.
A very comfortable stay with friendly staff. A good selection for breakfast and although the restaurant was closed the previous evening for a private function the full menu was available in the lounge bar.

We checked in at past 1 am, and the reception guy was just the best. Friendly and helpful, he even showed us to our rooms. Thos was so kind, we appreciated it especially because we had 2 young children with us.
