The breakfast was good, but no muesli. I enjoyed the salmon and avocado on toast. The staff were friendly especially the lady on reception. The garden is nice to sit out on. A good place when waiting to board a cruise ship.
The classic rustic pizza was rather uninteresting- a vegetarian pizza with peppers, mushrooms etc would have been better. It was also very difficult to cut with the knife I was given!

No pool.
Very comfortable, breakfast was delicious! Staff were warm polite and welcoming
Location

Welcoming , secure parking suited our needs. Monica was lovely and very helpful
Tv didn’t have good reception could not watch any channel
Pleasant hotel quite comfy room and breakfast is fine. 2nd time we have stayed overnight here as handy for Tilbury cruise terminal.
Monica and Aristos were excellent in their customer service and warm welcome, adding exceptional value to my parents’ stay and they are a credit to the hotel and themselves.
I enjoyed the hotel, its patio and its garden.
Car park should be free of charge, please.
We had an amazing stay, we were checked in to our room on arrival around 9.30am by the lovely Amanda, we were blown away to be told a room was ready & given our keys. This above & beyond our expectations & we were so grateful as we had a wedding to attend later that day.
Every staff member we met was first class, friendly, helpful, professional & a credit to this lovely hotel.
We have stayed a few times previoulsly & have enjoyed our stays & wouldn't hesitate to recomnend & stay again.
Breakfast was served until 10am & we arrived hopeful at 9.45am & we were greeted with smiles welcomed into the dining area & ordered a lovely cooked breakfast, plenty of choice & good value.
Our room had everything we needed & extra such as tea & coffee & to my delight a bath, not many hotel have baths these days, the shower above was good & powerful too.
Absolutely nothing
Lovely grounds

Incident with others (nothing to do with us ) when we pulled up but overall it was okay
