Lack of air conditioning - very uncomfortable
Pros:

While the room was really nice (kid upstairs for kiddo) the air conditioning barely worked and it was extremely hot & uncomfortable. We had to fill the pots from kitchen with ice but that didn’t help. Terrible sleep for all of us. Extremely disappointing when you’re paying well over $500 for one night. I saw online this is a common complaint. Hallways very hot too. Also I’d emailed the hotel prior to our stay with an inquiry and received no response. Staff was friendly upon arrival and checkout however. As was housekeeping staff in hallways.
