Very clean
Family friendly
Nothing
Location for access to the blue mountain area and activities
No breakfast buffet, HVAC was loud and I it was hard to cool the room.
Excellent getaway stay for the day.
The room was okay. The location was okay.
At check the clerk was trying to offer an upgrade to us. When I asked where the upgrade was she said it's on the first floor. How the heck does an upgrade from a king suite be on the first floor? She appeared to try and took us for idiots. That whole check in process left a terrible taste for the duration of the get away. I don't think we will go back to this place. Furthermore we were charged 44 per day for parking which to me was a bit ridiculous and it's a pet friendly place which I should have taken into consideration. An alarm went off early in the morning because someone was smoking in the elevator as per another guest.
Great location, staff was amazing
I wish there was 24/7 complementary hot drinks available in the lobby. Free wifi would be nice at this price point.
The staff was so helpful and nice. Rooms are large with comfortable beds
The Westin Trillium House hotel itself is fine — attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and pet-friendly service. However, when a serious staff misconduct incident occurred at a partner attraction during our stay, local management's response was a generic form letter. Despite my explicit request for confirmation that video footage had been reviewed, no such confirmation was ever provided. I had to escalate to Marriott corporate myself to receive any resolution. If something goes wrong during your stay, do not expect management to investigate or resolve it.
This place was fantastic, a short trip up to Toronto and drive to the Westin Blue Mountains. The accommodation was top notch, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, perfect for five of us. The resort area reminded me of a Disney village with shops, restaurants and activities for all (zip lines, roller-coaster, gondola) the Concierges was Mark Ripco, there is nothing I can say that could do justice to this man. He became my wife and mother-in-law’s new best friend, providing advice on where to eat at the resort and in town. What activities to do and so much more. In a perfect world every place would have a Mark! Thank you Mark for making our trip PERFECT!
