A little disappointing for the price we paid.
Pros:

Although the weather did not cooperate, and was quite cool for August we did go in the pool and use the hot tub which was enjoyable.

Cons:

I am sensitive to odors and could smell musty odor in the carpet which did bother me the whole time I was in the room. Also, my sister stayed the night as well and it was disappointing that she had a much larger room and paid a lot less than I did.. I feel like I paid for extra amenities that I could not use as there wasn’t enough time to do all those things and were also not a priority for us.

Location was good

Cons:

The price wasn't mach for the service. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable. They didn't put shampoo in the shower. It was very noisy.

gut geeignet für ein paar Tage Familienurlaub in Kanada, allerdings mit vielen Extrakosten
Pros:

schöne Lage im Gebiet der Blue Mountains, viele Freizeit- und Essensmöglichkeiten im Resort, gepflegter Privatstrand mit kostenlosen Kanus und SUPs, überwiegend äußerst hilfsbereites Personal,

Cons:

Balkon viel kleiner als auf dem Foto für die gebuchte Kategorie, Sauberkeit teils schlecht, z.B. in den Fahrstühlen, Zimmereinigung auch nicht optimal, Wasser im Außenpool dreckig, viele Haare, auch in den Duschen
unumgängliche Resort Fee ($44 pro Tag/Zimmer), die aus der Beschreibung nicht wirklich hervorgeht,
zu wenig Liegen am Privatstrand, Resort kann auch von Tagesgästen genutzt werden, somit am Wochenende teils extrem voll mit sehr langen Wartezeiten an den verschiedenen Attraktionen

Excellent hotel with a nice heated pool and excellent staff. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.
Pros:

I love the location and how it is walking distance to the main village square. The staff was very friendly and accommodated well to our requests.
