Great spot. Hope to stay longer next time.
Pros:

Nice facilities, comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Would have liked a personal parking space right next to the elevators with my name on it. But I might be asking too much...

Parking Lot Views for primo pricing
Pros:

The Westin Trillium is a stain on the Blue Mountain name and the Westin name. When I booked, the views promised were resort view or mountain view. Nowhere was “parking lot” view mentioned. These rooms should not be sold at the same tier as the other rooms in the category. We asked to change rooms and were told they couldn’t. Unacceptable. Nobody should be staying in this room at full price in my opinion. The Westin doesn’t care though. What a disappointment. I can’t believe we paid more to stay here than in one of the little hotels.

Overall, the room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. However, having now stayed at both the Westin Trilli
Pros:

Location in the village close to everything.

Cons:

My room was on the first floor, and although the description listed it as having a “balcony,” it was actually a small concrete patio that was overgrown with weeds. This was quite disappointing, especially compared to my previous stay, when I had an upper-floor balcony overlooking the village. Because of the layout and lack of view, I didn’t use the outdoor space at all during this trip.

Overall a memorable anniversary celebration. Fully appreciated the late checkout!!
Pros:

Really appreciated the anniversary greetings along with wine, chocolates & Carmel corn. Loved that we had a covered balcony so that we could sit outside while watching the summer rain and view of ski hills enjoying or treats. Staff were very attentive!!

Pros:

Location in Blue Mountain is excellent, we had a very good 5th floor suite with an amazing view! Close to lots of outdoor activities, food in the O&B restaurant was well presented, and very good. Service everywhere in the hotel was top notch! Our room was especially chosen to fit our needs. Would definitely come back

Pros:

The hotel is placed inside the Village and the ambiance is excellent

Cons:

We waited for 55 minutes for 1 plate of chicken tenders at Oliver and Bonacici. It was very very dirty, the room and the general hotel. The pools have just had maintenance and they look worn, dirty and full off debrie.
Sad to see this hotel deteriorate so badly.
