The room was okay. The location was okay.
At check the clerk was trying to offer an upgrade to us. When I asked where the upgrade was she said it's on the first floor. How the heck does an upgrade from a king suite be on the first floor? She appeared to try and took us for idiots. That whole check in process left a terrible taste for the duration of the get away. I don't think we will go back to this place. Furthermore we were charged 44 per day for parking which to me was a bit ridiculous and it's a pet friendly place which I should have taken into consideration. An alarm went off early in the morning because someone was smoking in the elevator as per another guest.
Great location, staff was amazing
I wish there was 24/7 complementary hot drinks available in the lobby. Free wifi would be nice at this price point.
The staff was so helpful and nice. Rooms are large with comfortable beds
This place was fantastic, a short trip up to Toronto and drive to the Westin Blue Mountains. The accommodation was top notch, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, perfect for five of us. The resort area reminded me of a Disney village with shops, restaurants and activities for all (zip lines, roller-coaster, gondola) the Concierges was Mark Ripco, there is nothing I can say that could do justice to this man. He became my wife and mother-in-law’s new best friend, providing advice on where to eat at the resort and in town. What activities to do and so much more. In a perfect world every place would have a Mark! Thank you Mark for making our trip PERFECT!
Our room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was great to have ! I thought the refurbishment was really up to standards. It was a rainy weekend, so it was great to have access to the outdoor pools. The location of the hotel is also perfect, directly included into the whole Blue Montain resort.
The main outdoor pool was not warm enough, especially for kids. The pools were also not super clean. The sofa bed was not very comfortable either and was missing a duvet (there were covers available but it would have been great to have a duvet as well). Overall, the room was comfortable enough for 2 nights.
Another great Stay at Westin Blue Mountain! Everything top notch. Pricey with the additional resort fee however great amenities (Fitness, Pool, Hot Tubs). Need to however resolve hot tub jets not circulating very well.
Hot Tubs are good however jets while on, were very weak / not circulating or bubbling very well
I recently spent a couple of days at Trillium Hotel Blue Mountain—something I try to do periodically to fully disconnect after extended periods of demanding travel and work. Once again, the experience was exactly what I needed. The service was excellent throughout. The manager on duty, Andrew MacIlwrath, demonstrated a refined attention to detail and a clear understanding of what constitutes a truly restorative stay. Most notable was his intuitive sense of balance—an ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately, with minimal direction. This level of discernment and quiet efficiency is both rare and highly effective. The overall atmosphere, combined with consistently thoughtful service, created a seamless and genuinely restorative environment.

El sofá cama de mi hijo no era cómodo, la nevera hacía bastante ruido y el aire caliente también.
