Pros:

The bed was amazing, excellent value for money (eapecially after rip-off Vancouver), outstanding service from Sophie at reception and throughout our stay, great pool area and a welcome drink to boot. Location superb, in the village but set back from all the crowds and noise...

It worked, but not in a hurry to return.

The staff were an asset!

Cons:

The furnishings in the room were tired! Missing pieces of the facade. The hot tub was full of sand and even though we booked in with three people, towels ect were only for 2. The parking charge at the hotel was more than a lot (at library, convention centre)...and the one at the hotel had a leak on top of some of the cars!

Really close to the bars and restaurants and lovely modern room.
Some have complained about the noise but to be honest it’s part and parcel of being near everything. It didn’t keep me up? If you’re a light sleeper maybe bring some earplugs

Pros:

Perfect hotel for a stay in the mountains. I had a room with a perfect view onto the mountains. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped. All Personal were friendly and always ready to help.

The staff immediately changed our room when we informed them.

Location is excellent

Cons:

The room we were allocated had a torn carpet, the kettle socket had a large gap you could have put fingers behind and there were pieces missing from the cupboard unit. The rooms were tired.

Un très bel hôtel.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé au cœur du village de Whistler, à proximité immédiate des commerces et des services.
Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées.
Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant.
Des bains chauds extérieurs sont proposés gratuitement et nous avons bénéficié de boissons gratuites au bar de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La proximité des bars fait que certaines chambres sont exposées aux bruits nocturnes.
Le service de voiturier est un peu cher, mais il existe des solutions de stationnement plus économiques à proximité.
