Hôtel 3 étoiles et non 4
Pros:

Le personnel extraordinaire , mention spéciale au très adorable réceptionniste (Paolo?) qui parlait un peu français et qui nous a permis de libérer notre chambre à 14h car mon mari a été très malade la dernière nuit, intoxication alimentaire, que j’ai d’ailleurs signalée) ça lui a permis de se reposer avant de prendre l’avion. La vue de notre chambre sur la mer , avec balcon était top. Le soir d’Halloween jolies décorations des buffets

Ce n’est pas vraiment un 4 étoiles, très mal insonorisé, le coffre payant, plateau de courtoisie avec machine Nespresso mais les capsules ne sont pas renouvelées, il faut payer🤭 nous étions en All inclusive, les buffets sont répétitifs, moyens et les desserts pas bons, que des coupes de gélatine pleines de colorants, des gâteaux bof et très peu de fruits, il faut laisser 1 euro à chaque fois qu’on prend une boisson au bar ( rendu évidemment mais c’est contraignant) animation très moyenne, l’état de la SDB :moisissures dans les joints, robinetterie piquée, support de la douchette déboîté, sèche cheveux avec du scotch, pas de pression d’eau

Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Le complexe est propre, la chambre était spacieuse, le buffet propose beaucoup de choix et est très bon.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre.
La piscine ferme très tôt, et la piscine intérieur n’est ouverte qu’en hiver.

Me gustó la ubicación ya que está cerca de todo, pero evitando el ruido de la zona más concurrida. El desayuno estaba bien.

La ubicación para lo que necesitabamos era perfecta. Y el desayuno estaba bastante bien.
La chicas de la recepción junto con la de las excursiones súper amables y las limpiadoras y los del desayuno también. La limpieza estaba genial.

Cons:

El hotel ha sido algo reformado, pero se nota que es antiguo(sobre todo el cuarto de baño) y para el.precio que tiene no es.
La jefa de las limpiadoras bastante desagradable, gritando a las chicas(que encima estaban corriendo haciendo su trabajo) y delante de muchos huéspedes.
Las almohadas eran horribles.

Cons:

We didn't sleep at all the first night. They gave us a room with a non-working A/C. We asked the reception if they could fix it, and they said a technician would handle it. Well, he didn't handle anything - he just gave us a mobile A/C unit. The problem is that this mobile A/C is VERY loud, and you have to keep your window open the whole night.

We went immediately to the reception and asked for a room change. The receptionist said all rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do right now, but they would give us another room the next day. So we tried to sleep, but guess what? There is a bar right across the street called La Cla playing loud music until 2 am, and you couldn't close the window because of that stupid mobile A/C.

That was probably one of the worst hotel nights I've ever had. The next morning, we packed all our things, went to the reception, gave them the key cards, and they finally changed our room to a normal one with working A/C.

What do I see as the main problem here? They obviously know about the hotel A/C problem. There is a bunch of mobile A/C units right next to the reception desk, so it's not like our room was the only one.

Fix your hotel A/C system and stop renting out these rooms until you do!!!
