Beautiful grounds,pool and the rooms were clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay,however it didn't feel like a 5* experience. The bar was nice but the bar food was poor, chicken breast with sriachia mayo arrived as processed chicken nuggets that were not what they were advertised to be. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was disappointing, once seated and our drinks order taken we were left for 30 minutes waiting, in the meantime we had eaten our breakfast and felt it was chaotic. The buffet breakfast was luke warm and staff seemed rushed although the restaurant was not at capacity. On checking in we were not offered a seat at reception but the receptionist was seated, although quite pleasent ,for the rest of the stay on walking through reception the staff never looked up or made eye contact , it felt cold and unwelcoming,no music or atmosphere.

I recently went here for a 4 day trip with my family & I chose this hotel mainly as it had both an outdoor & indoor pool & the reviews were good.
However, this hotel went above & beyond what I was expecting. The hotel itself was beautifully clean & very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful & the rooms spacious, modern & of a good size. The breakfast buffet was amazing with more than enough choice & of good quality. The pool area & bar was clean, relaxing & the perfect place to switch off. With daybeds as well as pounders and garden sofas & chairs.
The jewel in the crown for this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every member is helpful, courteous & has a smile on their face. The Hilton chain should be really proud of what their staff are doing for their guests, they do an absolutely outstanding job at pleasing the guests & keeping the hotel spotless & running like clockwork. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
