Pros:

The location was terrific and the room was very clean and comfortable. It's compact but had everything we needed.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was frosted glass, and was right next to the bed which meant that if used at night, the light from the bathroom was quite bright. Shower pressure was pretty weak.

Would not use again and would not recommend it.
Pros:

Nothing except resonable location in CBD.

Cons:

Was self catering single room that had adequate floor area but limited facilities for cooking/self-catering. Minimal crockery /cutlery. No dishwasher so had to wash up in sink but not even provided with a plug for the sink. Onetiny sached of washing up liquid only.
Room had old decor, not repainted in years I suspect and a stupid shower set up such that water always leaked onto floor and I had to use up all the towels mopping up so it did not run under the bed!!

Will not stay again.

Cons:

Shower head was missing totally, couldn't have a shower on day 1.
Evacuated for false alarm at 1.30am. Stairwells had homeless people in there and lots of rubbish, cigarette smoke etc.

Pros:

Abrupt/incompetent Reception staff - welcome and during my staff. Housekeeping non-existent. In the bathroom conditioner and body lotion bottles filled with bodywash. In the kitchenette no teatowel, dishwashing liquid etc supplied. Faulty powerpoint - tried to inform reception. Definitely would not recommend.
