Good value, great location, but very worn room.
Pros:

Excellent location, easy checking, great staff.

Very old and worn. Felt like a one bedroom backpackers residence.

Good place to stay for more than 2 nights stay and if you want options to cook own meals.
Pros:

Had everything I needed, bed was comfy, shower was strong, and complete utilities to cook simple meals.

Cons:

The aircon I couldn’t make warmer the one night it got cold. The phone I think was broken so I couldn’t call for delivery, and the safe couldn’t be used cause of low battery. Also didn’t know I had to bring cash to use the laundry, which I was a bit inconvenient as I was trying to be cashless for this trip.

Amazing and convenient location with a lovely room for the price.
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating of me as a disabled solo traveler, and the room was lovely for the price. Very close to trams and the major train station. Within walking distance to groceries, food, and Melbourne central shopping.

Cons:

Traffic noises were unfortunate but unavoidable so it doesn’t affect my ranking too much. There was a fire alarm early Sunday morning and very little communication from the staff about what was happening. Stairs were manageable with a cane but the wheelchair lift had to be operated by staff, there was no ramp straight in.

We could not fault our stay
Pros:

Easy to get to everywhere we needed to go . All the staff were very helpful with any queries we had . There was a fire evacuation during our stay in the early morning and they staff handled the elderly and young children with the utmost respect and care whilst we were waiting for the all clear to go back in

整體來說瑕不掩瑜，cp值超高的住宿
Pros:

-離車站超近，走路大概2分鐘就有免費輕軌電車(tram)可以搭，離市中心也很近
-房間裡應有盡有，有個小廚房，裡面除了常見的微波爐跟冰箱外，令人驚訝的是還有大烤箱跟洗碗機！超讚！餐具也非常齊全，連削皮刀都有，建議有需求的話可以自備剪刀
-洗碗機粉及洗碗精只有各一包在水槽下櫃子，不確定用完能不能跟櫃台索取，下面還有一塊綠色菜瓜布，垃圾袋跟拋棄式抹布，以及可以拿來隔熱拿烤箱東西的布
-房間很大！很多桌面可以放東西，裡面有三張椅子，也有行李架跟燙衣板
-有一盒抽取式衛生紙，兩個微潔癖人使用5天4夜剛剛好抽完
-去colse超市可以搭很多台免費電車2站就到
-離很多一日遊集合地點很近
-床很好睡，有兩顆枕頭

Cons:

-房間裡的廁所很像台北房東硬用大衣櫃空間隔出來的，但除了小了點其實還是蠻好用的，要是有放乾淨衣物的地方就更棒
-小冰箱沒有正常的冷凍區
-每層樓都有一台投幣式洗衣機及烘衣機，各4元。不過打開就有股霉味不敢用
-被單是兩片布夾住的那種，被胎很容易掉出來
