The hotel is pet friendly which is great. Initially we were by a dog that was barking loudly for a period of time. The staff moved us no problem.

Great hotel with price. Would be ideal too for the summer
Pros:

The size of our room and with the kitchenette was perfect. Breakfast was also fantastic. The front desk was great on day of arrival calling me when our room was ready to check in early.

Cons:

We were with a hockey team, and the boys weren't allowed to play basketball past 9pm. The main floor rooms that were over looking the court was mainly our team. So we had some rambunctious teenagers.

Property was clean and staff was nice. However it is in a very industrial area and the pool renovation that I was told would be completed before our stay was not finished.
