beautiful hotel for relaxation
Pros:

the room is cosy, wonderfull sheets.

Cons:

It’s a high end hotel but ready for renovation. I missed a terrace with a view for relaxation. Current terrace could be better organized and decorated. Always the same music playing.
They are obviously under staffed because the dishes would pile on the tables after breakfast. The temperature on the ground floor extremely low, but it was not possible to cool my room so much. I missed getting more information about the pool and the gym and services available at the hotel upon my arrival.

Great stay at a great hotel.
Pros:

Location is great. Near the sea and city.

A bit noisy in the lobby as there were functions on in the basement. So, hard to sit there.

Локация супер. Персонал на ресепшен замечательный. Кофейня при отеле классная Soul.

Cons:

При уборке только постель заправили, больше ничего не убрали за 3 дня. На завтраке кофе не успевают делать и приносить.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer und excellentes Frühstück Buffet. Gepflegter Aussenpool mit Bar. Schöne Lobby.

Cons:

Externe Gäste dürfen Pool nutzen gegen Gebühr, deshalb war es manchmal sehr voll. Keine Minibar im Zimmer. Keine Craftbiere oder Signature Drinks an der Bar. Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Pros:

Нам дали номер с частичным видом на море, все чисто, только сделанный ремонт, все принадлежности для ванны. Постельное белье и полотенца в идеальном состоянии. По завтраку был не плохой выбор, все вкусно. На бассейне чисто и весь персонал максимально приветливый

Возможно, только цена :)

Ottima soluzione ad Aktau
Pros:

Ottima struttura, posizione eccellente a 5 minuti dalla passeggiata sul Caspio e da un pub/ristorante molto carino.
Piscina sia scoperta, che coperta.
Suite spaziosa ed accogliente.
Il personale è stato molto disponibile a preparare la camera in anticipo nonostante l’hotel fosse sold-out.

Cons:

Il divano letto non era comodissimo, al contrario del letto matrimoniale.
La vista, seppur sul Caspio e sulla piscina, non eccezionale.
