Exceptional Stay and Service- Love this place :)
Pros:

The staff were engaging and had exceptionally good service. On the way back to airport- my wife had forgotten her IPAD. They were able to help out right away to get a bike to get her Ipad to airport. We loved the generous rooms, lotus ponds, art work, great breakfast, The shows on thursday evening. location were perfect next to the beach, shopping areas. Overall Excellent service by staff (Dewi, several others made it a great stay)

The staff at Hotel Tugu really made our stay exceptional. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome and at home. We can't wait to come back again!

Cons:

The only thing we could offer as room for improvement is the bath in the Dedari suite could use a renovation. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect stay . Walter Spies pavilion room was a dream .
Pros:

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel . So many antiques everywhere.The staff are well trained .The food was excellent. The best hotel breakfast in the world !!!!
