Das Zimmer war supertoll

Cons:

Mit Hund darf man nicht in den Frühstücksraum, das finde ich auch gut und richtig. Dass man im Ersatzraum dann aber mit Ignoranz bestraft wird , ist nicht so toll. Es gab beispielsweise keine Möglichkeit, einen Cappuchino oder etwas anderes zu bestellen. Eher einfach schiefe Blicke von Angestellten und anderen Hotelgästen

Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Der Pool war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nice old building isn’t enough for 5 stars.
Pros:

The breakfast und the architecture. Once it might have been a grand hotel.

Cons:

The mattresses were worn through, the door to the bathroom is only hanging from a hinge, the spa was only partially useable and the room maintenance only sporadically available. Spa treatment booked and employee just didn't show up. All in all not a 5 star hotel.

Pros:

Soweit alles. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Haben mir jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Cons:

Toiletten Deckel müsste Absenkbar sein. Hatte Zimmer mit Balkon und darunter Kettenraucher, was sehr unangenehm war.
Raucherzimmer/-balkone sollten entsprechend platziert werden.

Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden stets erfüllt.
Das Bistro sowie das Restaurant sind eine Empfehlung.
