Comfortable, well-situated and friendly.
Pros:

Loved location, meal options, privacy and comfort (beds, living room chairs). I was in great pain. Staying here brought significant relief.

Our king suite was perfect for my stay with my family. The rooms were clean and nice balcony view.

Gisselle is the sweat one I can’t complain I had an issue with my stay she apologized and stated what she can do for me she placed some amenities in my room and said hope to see you soon I will definitely be coming back

This hotel was very convenient. Friendly staff and has valet options!
Pros:

Appreciate the valet option! Was worried about parking in NYC but the hotel had valet. The room was small but had all the amenities we needed: a refrigerator, tv, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, and lots of areas to charge devices. The lobby was clean and accommodating. The staff was great. I especially appreciate the help with the self-service valet.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean but the pressure was a bit much: more water coming out of the lower faucet than the shower and it drained slow. When showering, the water was slowly rising.

Pros:

The management staff went above and beyond due to A/C issues and a guest flooding the 9th floor room above our room on the 7th fool. We were moved 3 times and finally got a room that exceeded expectations on the 14th floor. Excellent job staff.

Cons:

NYC was extremely hot.
