Overall it was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly. Excellent location.

Cons:

Upon arrival I was told that their HVAC system only operates on heat or AC and they had not switched it over to AC yet and it was a rather warm night. So although it was not unbearable it was not as comfortable as it could have or should have been. AC would have been nice.

Cons:

I visited the hotel in early spring. Temperature is the rooms were not maintained. During afternoon and evening, the temperature used to rise and when asked About turning on the AC, the front desk staffs were like “ Open the windows for now”
I was shocked to hear that reply from the hotel staff located at the Fancy “ Upper East Side” in Manhattan
Front desk staff were rude to answer questions.
