Very disappointed to many cock reaches and pool was working

It was close to my daughters place

Cons:

The pool heater wasn’t working couldn’t swim . And the toilet ran all the time and the couch bed had cock roaches when we pulled it out there was dozens of them running around

Pros:

The hot breakfast had a lit off options. You will get full and happy .

Cons:

Smoking is permitted outside however you must stay standing as there are no chairs or patio furniture. I smoke cigars so it was awful not having a place to sit outside and smoke one.

Awful, nasty.
Cons:

I didn’t like that I found a bed bug in my bed and had to leave in the middle of my stay then I called to try to get the manager to make it right and she’s not there but will call me back, that was almost a month ago! Haven’t heard anything. The employee who I spoke with told me they had had to treat some of the rooms for bed bugs. Sure wish they would have told me!

After noting stuff in fridge, front desk clerk offered $25 refund but subsequently recharged the $25 after we left.

We had a good stay. We probably would stay again because of the great breakfast and location.
Pros:

The breakfas was very good! Great variety of food . The food was hot and plentiful. The satff ensured that the food bar stayed full. They even left the food bar open a little after 10:30 for late stragglers.

Cons:

The room had a slight mildew scent. The beds were a little too soft. However, thehallways were quiet. We slept peacefully. The elevator made a strange sound when going up. The strange sound from the elevator was not heard when going down.
