Morning staff redeems stay.
Pros:

The morning counter person was great, super friendly. This young gentleman redeemed the staff for the stay even though I only spoke with him for a few minutes.

Cons:

The staff at check in, both counter people seemed bothered that I was there checking in. The male counter person was wearing flip flops which appears unprofessional. Evening staff was not friendly or inviting at all. I normally stay here 3 to 4 times a year, first bad experience.

Everything the pillows had stains alone with sheets and bed ceiling had water stains couch look like a dog had eaten it we walked in then right back out we didn’t stay and they couldn’t tell us if we would get our money back wouldn’t recommend

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced & I became very sick from the poor conditions here.
Pros:

The outside of the building appeared and made it seem like a nice place to stay. If only the inside was nice.

Cons:

The hotel wreaked of mold and mildew especially on the 2nd floor along with a plumbing issue where you could smell feces when someone flushed. The flooring was dilapidated and sinking in many spots as well as squeaking. I felt like I would fall through. The windows were sketch & nails were driven in as the “security” feature. The hallway had stains on the carpet & the cleaning ladies were very loud and kept us from sleep early in the morning. I awoke with a severe sinus infection and became very sick for days after the stay.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was nice and the whole place was clean and inviting.

Cons:

The only negative thing I saw was the hallway carpets were bleached/soiled in places (mostly by the elevators). This was definitely easy to overlook with how nice the hotel was overall.
