Excellent option for Bonvoy members looking to experience Hiroshima and surrounding areas.
Pros:

Large rooms. Great food options. Proximity to train station is a HUGE plus. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast!

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Man bekam frisch zubereitete Eier.

Cons:

Wir hätten gerne noch was getrunken in der Hotelbar nach dem Abendessen, jedoch wurde diese sehr früh geschlossen.
Wir haben im Teppanyaki zu Abendgegessen. Leider konnte die Bedienung kein Wort englisch. Dies hat die Bestellaufnahme ein bisschen schwieriger gemacht.

La proximité avec la gare est vraiment optimale, le personnel est très sympathique, parle très bien anglais.

Cons:

Le prix un peu élevé pour les équipements présents et la salle de bain était un peu vieillissante.

ベッドが快適。

Cons:

朝食で手拭きを持ってきてもらえる人とそうでない人。窓側に案内される人とそうでない人の基準が分からなかった。手拭きを持ってきてもらえず、別に窓際に拘る訳ではないけど、なんとなく区別された気がしたので、当ホテル系で朝食を頼むことはやめようと思いました。

Adjacent to JR station. Staff provided v good service. V clean rooms . Good sized bins provided . Water and ice dispenser on the same floor. Jug in room to get water.
2 restaurants on site which I did not try.

Cons:

The shower is in a bathtub with shower curtain. It is not a Japanese style bathroom

Very convenient location next to the Train station of Okayama. Good & clean.Great Breaktfast offer.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is very good, just next door to the Shinkansen and Train Station which is ideal.
Breakfast is offering a great series of options and is good.

Cons:

The room was very small and there was little space for luggage and cloths. But all in all OK, for a short stay to discover the city and the surroundings.

Accès facile et direct à la gare de Okayama
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Personnel attentionné. Emplacement idéal pour les déplacements en train.

Cons:

J’aurais préféré un matelas plus ferme. La climatisation centrale ne permet pas de régler la température dans la chambre. La SdB aurait avantage à être rafraîchie.
