Beautiful hotel and grounds, the staff were welcoming and attentive at all times, beds and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud excellent food and unbelievable views. A truly 5 star hotel

Everything was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located on the cliff right above the sea. A lot of rooms have amazing seaview. You can easily reach the hotel’s private beach through the lift which is very convenient. There are everything you need on the private beach - sun-beds and umbrellas. The breakfasts were very good - all foods were fresh and there were a great variety of different of vegetables and fruits as well as eggs, pancakes, meet, cheese and fish. The dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was also very good.

The most Beautiful location and setting. The grounds are amazing with plenty of seats out on the terrace to soak up the views. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The room service is excellent, supplying new towels and linen twice a day if needed. The most comfortable bed too.
I think €20+ for a vodka lime and soda is ridiculous and some what pretentious. The drinks in general were expensive and tbh the cocktails were not th best either, certainly not worth €20.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet; there was a great variety of choices from an omelet station to fish to pastries, all served in a gorgeous dining room overlooking the Bay of Naples with Mt Vesuvius in the background. The room was very nice.
The hotel didn't provide a shuttle like other hotels to take you to the Old Town or to the port and it was quite a walk from the hotel.

The decor, ambience, location, professional and helpful staff, service and relaxing atmosphere. just a fabulous stay. The restaurant food is beautiful , sea bass baked in rock salt and the crepe suzette were outstanding! The grounds are beautiful, the pool, the beautiful wisteria surrounding the seating area and orange jasmine , and you can relax and have lunch or just drinks with a view overlooking the sea. It is an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff and thank you Ermelinda on the reception, you were so delightful and helpful . Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding grounds and views. It is a very peaceful hotel.
Everything was simply perfect! The garden is stunning, the views breathtaking, the building and furnishings tasteful, not ostentatious just classy. Everything is kept very clean. We ate almost every night at the hotel restaurant and were never disappointed (super chef even compared to the one star restaurant next door). The massages are highly recommended. Finally, what made our stay was the staff, especially the persons at reception and in the restaurant/bar. Our particular thank you goes to Giovanni and Franco who were so nice, highly professional and competent, attentive and kind, but never intrusive, we almost felt like leaving friends behind when our holiday was over. We had the best time and will definitely come back next year!
