Not for me
Pros:

Very central is it's best quality. It's clean for sure ( apartment)but very basic .beds comfortable

Cons:

Very basic, and we knew it would be noisy, but we didn't mind that.
However, the drain blocked and floored the bathroom, so we couldn't use the shower in very hot conditions.
Many phone calls to management but not sorted.
Also, several emails to them on returning home were completely ignored.
I wouldn't recommend this from that basis as I wouldn't be confident that other things could happen and not be dealt with.
The stairs are not suitable for anyone other than a young person.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet, central area; you can walk to everything, and there's a tram stop right next door that takes you directly to the city center. The beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Cons:

There's no air conditioning or fan, so the heat is unbearable, and opening the windows isn't a good idea. Being right next to a tram station makes it very noisy, and opening the windows only makes it louder. They lent us a small table fan that didn't rotate, which wasn't enough for such a large room for three people. Furthermore, there was no staff at reception. When we arrived, we didn't quite understand how to open the door because we hadn't received the code, and the person who answered the phone wasn't very friendly. The stairs are inconvenient, and when we were leaving, there were other people with suitcases blocking the way. The cleaning staff started knocking on our door even before our checkout time had passed. Finally, the room had a balcony, which was so dirty it was clear it hadn't been cleaned in a long time; there was even a wet, dirty towel lying on the floor.

A unique experience!
Pros:

Konum müthiş! Çatı altında tam karşımda hayvanat bahçesinin çatısı. Rüya gibiydi!
Trafik sesi sıfırdı.
Tramway'e çok yakın.
Temizlik yapan personelle sohbet ettim ki insan yüzünü görürüm

Cons:

RESEPSYSYON YOKTU! Nasıl girecektim emin değildim. Benzer durumu yaşayanlar destek verdi.
Sokakta İnternetim olmayınca ana kapının girişinde zorlandım.
Merdiven çok dik: yürüme engelli için uygun olmaz.

Hotel nicht empfehlenswert und ärgerlich!
Pros:

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit vom Zentrum.

Cons:

Die Orientierung innerhalb des Hauses, nur enge sehr sehr steile Treppen. Kein Schrank im Zimmer, Hellhörigkeit, Bad, Waschbecken mit Wasserarmatur kaum nutzbar.
Sichtbare Bettwanzen, bei Reklamation bei Hotelmanagement (per Mail) keine Antwort. Zahlreiche Bisse der Bettwanzen am Körper.
