Remove the staff
Pros:

Nothing as the night staff gave us a very bad impression about the stay

Cons:

The night staff was very rude and not helpful. The lift was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. The room did not have fresh linen and pillows for the extra bed. When we called the night staff,she rudely asked us to collect it from the reception and the lift was not working. As for the pillows she rudely informed us that they dont have any extra pillows. What a shame considering we had made full payment..

Pros:

Close to lacrosse fields.

Cons:

Very dirty room. Looks like the cleaning staff didn’t take the time to clean the room properly. Poor communication from the staff. The elevator was out, they didn’t offer any discounts and I had to walk up to the fourth floor for our room. Had I known that there was an issue I would’ve booked somewhere else but there was no communication from staff.

Underwhelming
Pros:

The staff was was very friendly, courteous, and professional.

The outside area of the hotel was very quiet, so I did get some good sleep.

Cons:

The hotel room definitely left me disappointed. I stayed in other Extended Stays and they were clean and comfy. The floors in this room were sticky. I was told that the staff services the rooms every other week, so that may have something to do with it.

The mattress was sitting on some type of wired, metal frame. And it was not a king size. The fridge was dirty on the outside.
