Chique kamer! Heel ruim

Cons:

Gewoon ter info, ligt niet aan het hotel: in Leiden, of toch in deze buurt waar ik moest zijn, zijn er weinig plekken te vinden die voor 9u ontbijt serveren. Als je dat dus nodig hebt, zoek je beter een hotel met ontbijt.

Pros:

De locatie is super midden in het centrum, het is ook een mooi ingerichte kamer.

Cons:

Qua afwerking en hygiëne zou het wel echt netter mogen. De verf is op een gekke manier bijgewerkt waardoor er allerlei vlekken op de muur zitten. Daarnaast was de kamer best stoffig, dit mag wel netter voor de prijs en uitstraling van de kamer.

The location was perfect, the bed was nice and the availability of the kitchen

Cons:

It was not clean inside the room and especially in the common areas, the dishes were dusty. The staff was not responding in WhatsApp. Though most of this is still not critical, the episode that happened on my departure day was totally unacceptable. The check out time is stated as 12 pm. I went for a walk in the morning and left all of my belongings in the room. I came back at 11:45 to find the room wide open with my things inside and the room already prepared for the next guest. Unbelievable. It is a total breach of privacy and security of my belongings

最高のホテル！次回も泊まりたい

とにかく窓から見る景色が最高です。
ここにしてよかったー！と心から思うホテルでした。
内装もおしゃれ、かつとても綺麗です。
ホテルにはスタッフいませんが、連絡時の対応も迅速で大変丁寧で大変感謝しています。

Cons:

重たいスーツケースを階段で上げないといけないこと。
昔ながらの建物なので仕方ないのですが、階段は狭く、私たちのスーツケースがとても大きかったので大変でした。でも何回か往復して運べました。

Die Lage war sensationell!
Und obwohl mittendrin war es schön ruhig.
Die Klima-Anlage funktionierte super!

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten. Die steile Treppe ist mit Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung.
Der Blick in den Hinterhof ist nicht unbedingt der romantischste.

The staircase is very narrow so if you have large suitcases it would be difficult to get up the stairs
