Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre-ville et à côté de toutes commodités (resto, gare, supermarché, fast-food) et le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et gentil !

Cons:

Ne pas s’attendre au grand luxe, c’est vraiment je dirai un hôtel pour un séjour max 5nuits ou vraiment si vous avez pas les moyens le prix de la chambre est très abordable (le petit déjeuner est compris, ca c’est cool).

Pros:

Staff sempre disponibile, servizi puntuali, colazione ottima e abbondante, Ferdinando il cameriere, persona molto simpatica , disponibile e professionale, con lui incominciavamo la giornata con allegria, il ristorante all'interno con prezzi modici e cibo di qualità, menù fisso a base di carne e pesce, camerieri professionali e gentili, titolare della struttura, persona umile , sempre disponibile a risolvere i tuoi problemi, lo consiglio a tutti, vicino alla metro e stazione. Parcheggio a pagamento per la tua macchina di fronte albergo.

An vielen Ecken und Kanten hat man das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter teils bemüht sind, dass es ihnen teilweise irgendwie alles egal ist - warum muss bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel ein Spiegel Rostflecken haben? Bei den Fugen könnte man auch mal mit einer elektrischen Bürste dahinter gehen. Es ist nicht furchtbar aber reicht für ein schwaches "gut"

Vielleicht ist es hald auch einfach der Neapoletanische Charme

Und das Bezahlen für das luggare storage ist auch ein schlechter Scherz

Es ist schon sauber, wenn man den Zimmern wieder mal einenen Overhaul geben würde gäbe es ansonsten absolut nichts auszusetzen

Posizione molto comoda,vicina alla stazione dei treni e della metro. Colazione abbondante e camera pulita. Personale gentile.

Servizio custodia bagagli a pagamento in una stanza esterna all'hotel, praticamente di fronte all'hotel . E' presente alla reception un avviso che informa i clienti di questo

Έκανα κράτηση στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο για δεύτερη φορά επειδή ξαναγύρισα στη Ναπολή μετά από τρεις μέρες απο την πρώτη διαμονή μου.
Πλήρωσα διπλή τιμή για το ίδιο δωμάτιο. Πήραν τα χρήματα από την κάρτα μου τρεις μέρες πριν και όταν επέστρεψα, το δωμάτιο που έκλεισα είχε ενοικιαστεί.
Μου έδωσαν να διαλέξω ανάμεσα σε δύο απίστευτα μικρα δωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο με παράθυρο πάνω απο κάδους σκουπιδιών και στο δεύτερο με παράθυρο που δεν άνοιγε.
Ζήτησα ακύρωση γιατι ήταν αδύνατον να μείνω εκει και αρνήθηκαν να μου δώσουν τα χρήματά μου πίσω. Μου ζήτησαν άλλα 80 ευρώ για να μου δώσουν μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο, ενώ είχα πληρώσει ήδη διπλή τιμή απο την πρώτη κράτηση.
Το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιον ψυχρό και καμία συνεργασία.
Μου είπαν απλά ότι οι τιμές αλλάζουν κάθε μέρα ανάλογα με τη ζήτηση και μπορούσα να φύγω χωρίς να παρω πίσω τα χρήματά μου..
Αναγκάστηκα να μείνω σε πολύ κακές συνθήκες.
Από το aircondition που έρχονταν επάνω μου λόγω της στενότητας του δωματίου έπαθα ψύξη

Desde os funcionarios da recepção, dos funcionarios da limpeza, dos funcionarios do cafe da manha e do restaurante. Todos merecem um excelente . Pessoal simpatico e prontas a ajudar. O promenor do pequeno almoço, visto que o nosso voo foi as 6.00. Desde ja o nosso OBRIGADO E TUDO ESTEVE EXECELENTE.

a localização do quarto, ficou muito proximo da escadas e do elevador o que leva a que haja muito barulho.
