A comfortable stay. Very pleasant property.

Cons:

The floors were always sticky, there was trash on the floor next to the elevator for an entire day, the pool was freezing and only offered hand towels to dry off, the A/C unit was obnoxiously loud and could not be turned off, we didn’t have functional room keys for half our stay, no one would answer the phones. There were ants everywhere. We had no T.V service the whole time and the staff knew and did nothing about it. None of the outlets in the room work so we could not use or charge devices. Was told I would get a partial refund and have been ghosted. The front desk staff was very rude, told me “not my problem”.

Convenient, secure, and comfortable, this property is perfect for an overnight before an early flight.
Pros:

The proximity to the airport as well as to the 28th street corridor is excellent.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

reservations made to hold an accessible room for 4 and awesome results in the stay!
Pros:

The room was nice size. Nice amount of counter space to set our bags and suitcases on. The bed was firm but really comfortable! Clean spacious and able to occupy my 88 yr old mother whom needs assistance in and out of shower. The shower chair was perfect! The bathroom large enough to keep her walker in the bathroom too.
We enjoyed the pool area plenty of space to cool down from a crazy day of traveling. My son enjoyed the work out room. I he breakfast was yummy. lots of variety of foods to eat.

Cons:

The pool towels needed to be a bit bigger in size. The towels, hand towel washcloths were a good size but would have liked a bigger towel for the body. We are not small sized people. The coffee machine, i thought at first, was not working.. It would be nice if there is a sign that informs the coffee maker takes time to make the fresh brew coffee.

Convenient for the airport and for outside the downtown area
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Answered all of our questions and checked in us throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good compared to similar free breakfast options. Shuttle available for the airport (but give them notice beforehand).

Cons:

Bed was a little stiffer than I like, but that's a personal preference.

Great place
Pros:

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Michigan in a long time! Power blinds that block out the light the bed was comfortable and I slept really well! Omelets for breakfast were a treat and fresh coffee anytime! There was a kid party two doors down and I never heard them except for going in the hallway past their door..

Cons:

Longer pool hours! Us late night people like to swim.. and late night food or snack availability would be nice too
