Cons:

Realice mi reserva por gusto, porque al llegar al hotel mi habitación no estaba lista y me hicieron esperar. Y se supone que mi hora de entrada es a las 11am y yo llegue a las 2pm, Y NO TENÍAN LA. HABITACIÓN LISTA.

El lugar es bueno céntrico a pocos pasos de la estación del tren y para agarrar bus y taxi

No había facilidades para personas con .mobiliadad reducida y lleve a dos personas de 77 y 89 años, la atención es muy fría y seca, incluso con una extranjera la vi muy simple y vi su decepción, el aire mínimo

Pros:

Hotel umile, pulito, economico. Le ragazze che pulicono sono sempre gentili e sorridenti. Unica pecca: la doccia è con acqua fredda peró per quel prezzo è comprensibile. P.S: vicino all'hotel c'è un senzatetto. É una bravissima persona, passa le giornate senza chiedere niente a nessuno, si tiene pulito tutto il suo posto, ha anche un quadro per abbellire il suo posto. Vi prego, se siete da quelle parti, portategli qualcosa da mangiare. Io gli portavo sempre delle empanadas e lui poverino quasi piangeva.

PESIMO, INSEGURO
Pros:

Me senti insegura, al rededor de las 11pm intentaron abrir mi puerta, cuando llegue a la habitacion el televisor no encendia, llame a recepcion desde mi celular comentando la situacion del televisor y pasando mas de 40 minutos tuvue que bajar al lobby para ver si me podian solucionar, el encargado (Guarda de seguridad) llego a la habitacion a tratar de solucionar pero el televisor nunca funciono adicional hubo un apagon de luz lo cual nunca se soluciono por el cable y dejo de funcionar el wi fi.. Tenia pensado hospedarme 2 noches antes de conocer el hotel pero viendo dicha situacion mejor desaloje antes de check out al dia siguiente, las camas en mal estado (Hundido el colchon).

Empezando por la inseguridad y terminando por la mala condicion de la habitacion, colchon, wi fi y televisor. pesimo trato al cliente, pesimo trato de la recepcionista
