Super, polecam. Mily personel, pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko.

Location was very good . Nice clean modern hotel . Staff were exceptionally welcoming & helpful with booking tourist tickets . Comfy in-house bar lounge . Bed was very comfortable . Chocolate & water complimentary.

Hotel is in a quiet street and is beautiful inside.
Room was spacious and modern and large bathroom.
Breakfast was amazing really spoilt for choice. Everything beautifully presented and hot and cold food.
Staff so helpful and friendly.
Lovely touches nice seating area very modern up a few steps from reception with free coffee machine.
In reception fruit and flavoured water which was very welcome.
Perfect location for Parliament The Danube 5 minute walk to transport stops and many cafes and resteraunts.
10 minutes to more sites and Hop.on hop bus stops - well worth it if youve walked a lot.

It is a nice little hotel welcoming with kind staff . Coffee tea available in the lobby . Their prices are varying so if someone is flexible this could be a wonderful option .

Hotel bardzo czysty, uprzejmy, pomocny, mily personel ( co oceniajac personel w innych miejscach publicznych Budapesztu nie jest takie oczywiste). Duza niespodzianka bylo, iz mimo scislego centrum panowala tam absloutna cisza (od zgielku miasta). Sniadania bardzo dobre, duzy wybor. Ekspres do kawy i i dystrybutor z woda ( w tym gazowana) dostepny 24h . Hotel aktualnie nie ma dostepu do wlasnego SPA ale jest opcja skorzystania w innym hotelu tej sieci niespelna 10 min piechota. ( Trzeba o to dopytac, bo recepcja sama z siebie nie informuje o takiej mozliwosci)

Arrived at reception the gentleman that booked us in was perfectly polite, however it was all downhill from there.
The reception area is more like a youth hostel than a four-star hotel.
In reception my partner put their bag on the floor while I was checking in, the cleaning staff asked for the bag to be moved in a very rude manor. They should have asked politely or offered to move it or offered a trolly.

When we arrived in the room the floor was wet.
One of the reading lights in the bedroom was not working.
There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.
There was no USB ports in the room.
The walls looked like they needed painted.
Black Mold in the bathroom.
We paid extras for a room with a view, the view was a satellite dish on a wall.
The metal soap dispenser fell off the wall when I was showering, it cut my foot.
It is not that close to the parliament.
However to really add insult to injury the door into the bathroom had a mirrored surround with a Glassdoor, however there was a 6cm gap around the door, and no one wants to be in bed watching there partner doing there morning number twos.
