Great place to stay. Heart of downtown Denver and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great walking area on 16th street. Very friendly staff and easy check in and out. I arrived early and they were still able to accommodate and provide a room. Thank you Hyatt
Buffet was exceptional.
Came to Peaks Lounge tonight with some friends, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the valet, Alex! He made the night before it even started! From the second I pulled up, his energy and customer service were next level. It was toasty out tonight, and he offered me a water without even being asked, that kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days. Genuinely one of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve come across in a service role. Alex, you’re an absolute gem!
Adrian and Brent were fantastic, friendly, and timely.
Alex, Jay, and Andrew the valet guys were very generous in offering us water. It’s very hot today and I was dying of thirst! Thank you for keeping up the good work!

Andrew and Joe were most handsome valets EVER!!! Not only did they have my car ready to go, cold water, opened my door, they were extreme gentleman.
Overall we are happy with locations, elegance of the place. Room were clean and nice, spectacular view of the mountain from our high floor (20th) room, lounge (rooftop) is ok but needs to be improved, refinished and furnished better. House keeper were nice and responsive, not as happy with the front desk personnel
This facility was chosen for the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network Think Tank - a multi-day gathering of over 300 physicians, researchers, industry representatives and patient advocates (my role). It is easily reached by airport train and Denver’s downtown free bus (~1 hr) - $1.35 for a senior! The hotel is a very clean, open modern facility - comfortable rooms and public spaces, with several floors of well equipped meeting ballrooms and meeting rooms and catering capabilities and serving staff.
Centrally located for easy walking around downtown. Property was newly remodeled. Breakfast was always fast downstairs even with a convention of 900 people in attendance.
Had an amazing company conference at Hyatt Regency Denver. Large meeting rooms, amazing food service, plenty of restrooms and multiple elevators made for a great experience.
Greeted by exceptional staff at the front check-in. Our room was extremely clean and very well taken care of throughout our stay! Lots of options forfood and drink in the hotel and extremely close to anywhere in downtown we wanted to go. Everything was in walking distance!
We were here for a work trip for the week and rented a Jeep to take advantage of exploring what greater Denver had to offer. Several times during our stay, Alex was at the valet and took exceptional care of us. He’d always have the car cool, offered us waters and made sure we needed anything. In addition, he provided recommendations and advice based on where we were going. He made our stay exceptional, which we are very grateful for.
Brent and Alex provided warm and welcoming service upon arrival and departures over the week we stayed at Hyatt for a business conference. They were always ready to help in any way and provide waters for which was very much appreciated given the heat. Their fast and friendly service were so appreciated!

The Hyatt hotel near the convention center is a great location. Hotel has amazing amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and makes you wanna stay even longer.
I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver while attending a business convention, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
The first thing that stood out to me was the incredible value. Considering the price I paid, I was genuinely surprised by how upscale the hotel felt. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything had a clean, modern, high-end feel that exceeded my expectations.
I also had a great first impression when I arrived. I wasn't expecting to be able to check in until 4:00 p.m., but I got there a little after noon and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready. Being able to check in nearly four hours early was greatly appreciated and really demonstrated the staff's commitment to excellent customer service.
The location is another huge advantage. Being within easy walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center made attending my business conference incredibly convenient. It eliminated the hassle of transportation and made it easy to come and go throughout the day.
One thing I especially appreciated was the hotel's commitment to sustainability. I was impressed to see both the convention center and the Hyatt making an effort to recycle and incorporate recycled products whenever possible. It's always nice to see businesses taking environmental responsibility seriously.
Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Between the excellent value, friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and attention to sustainability, I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver.
