Andrew, Alex, and Brent did a great job welcoming us on our trip. They anticipate our needs, and although it seems simple, they created a great experience
I got a king suite that was very nice with modern furniture and huge TV's. Also nice lighting in the living room and bedroom. One wish I have is to be able to somehow redirect the air blown from the AC so it does not aim for the sofa or the bed. Also the bathroom very nice and modern but there was a really bad smell coming from the shower. I think it was the drainage because I ran hot water for a while and soap in the drain and it went away.
Charge for parking even though I already paid to stay there.
Food and service was good.
Housekeeping was top notch and very pleased with. Very nice and always said hello.
It was a calm and pleasant experience throughout my stay there for a conference. I was given a comfortable and nicely renovated room on the 28th floor and the view was beautiful which gave me a sense of peace after a long day. I loved the large sized tv so I was able to enjoy watching the FIFA games. I was a little disappointed in the lunch at the Former Saint restaurant downstairs but I was not eating much in the hotel so that did not affect my stay. Lots of other places to eat nearby. Also, the convention center was extremely close and easy to get to. I enjoyed my stay and would return.
Andrew made mare our stay!!! He was so kind and careful with our car
Andrew is the best employee at this location! He parked my car safely. We had a great time!
Adrian was very helpful and informative
Stayed here for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely friendly, helpful, and engaging the staff for! The room was also top-notch, felt nicer than most convention center hotels!
Thanks so much Adrien and andrew - beat valets ever!!!
Thanks! The hotel was nice but the city is disgusting! It smelled like weed and poop when I walked around. There are many homeless people too!
Very clean, high quality facilities. Great location, food options, strong night life, the value per dollars spent was worth it.
Excellent hotel and staff in downtown Denver! Close to mall and across from Convention Center. Recently remodeled with great features in comfortable rooms and well designed public gathering spaces. The market space has great hours and an excellent selection of food and beverages. Lots of seating to watch sports with a group or have a relaxed conversation. Excellent range of food choices at the restaurant including vegan. The breakfast brunch is not to be missed --with cooked to order omlettes. Was there for a conference and would go back for a visit. The hotel staff, amenities and location made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay
The Hyatt Regency at the Colorado Convention Center was a great hotel for our business meeting. The restaurants on site were good, staff was very helpful, and the location is perfect for those working at the CCC.
Beautifully remodeled hotel with amazing views in a great location! The express elevators to the higher floors are a great touch, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Having drinks with a view on the 27th floor was a highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel!
A gentleman named Lincoln, who works parking vehicles was spectacular! He was very patient while I had to empty all of the stuff out of my car I needed to take to the room, he was helpful with my daughter, and he was absolutely on the money with answering all of the I had and believe me, there were a few. Thank you thank you
Rooms are amazing, elevators are fast, the beds are extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains are fantastic. The views are amazing. You have to try the food. It is exceptional, it is pricey, but totally worth it. I mean, i'm gonna be dreaming about that food.
Adian and Brent did a great job helping me get my two big bags into the uber. I had extra luggage and they were great. They also were making sure all guests were taken care of and the area was clean. They are great representatives of Hyatt and helping to make your guests welcome.
Fantastic modern hotel! Very clean and great customer service! The hotel restaurant, bar, pool and hot tub are outstanding!
Great view from city side. Enjoyed our stay and the ability to walk to many restaurants and 16th street for shopping and sightseeing.
