Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center

Staff and management were completely rude after they failed to complete a simple task of clearing room incidental charges and starting the process to HAVE MY FUNDS back in my account in a timely manner, then proceeded to tell me how my bank works when they are not bank professionals whatsoever.

I had a wonderful experience during my solo stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect space to unwind. The location right next to the convention center made navigating the city simple and convenient. As a World of Hyatt member, I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

This is a perfect location when you attend a conference in Denver.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Denver exceeded our expectations in every way. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful decoration, and the excellent attention we received throughout our stay. The location was also extremely convenient and made it easy to enjoy and explore the area.

I truly wish I had everyone’s names because their service was exceptional. The housekeeping staff who worked on room 1738 from May 11 through May 15 did an outstanding job — the room was always spotless, organized, and perfectly maintained. The luggage staff was also extremely kind and helpful, and the receptionist who assisted us on May 11 was absolutely exceptional and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning.

One thing we especially loved was the text communication system. For me, making phone calls often feels like a waste of time, so being able to communicate quickly and efficiently by text was absolutely excellent and very convenient.

For the price you pay, this is the kind of attention and service you deserve. The hotel was also very peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, because we were attending a convention during our stay, we were not able to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

There are many more positive things I could mention, but overall, the experience was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located right next to the Convention Center, which is extremely accessible and convenient for attending conferences. The room was clean and I appreciate the sustainability efforts by the hotel. The food was enjoyable and the staff were able to advise accordingly for severe allergies, which greatly reassured me in having meals without triggering any allergic reactions.

Haven't had too many times where a hotel exceeded my expectations in a good way - the HY Denver certainly did, most of all the staff members from front desk to housekeeping were all friendly and very helpful which unfortunately I seldom see in US hotels these days.
Rooms were nice and well soundproofed. Only negative was this crazy 30$/package flat rate for receving parcels which is genuinely nasty.

The Hyatt Regency is just across the street from the convention center making it very convenient for meetings. The hotel was busy, but had multiple elevators so you never had to wait. My room had a nice view of the city and mountains. The room was spotless and looked brand new. The staff memvers were welcoming and pleasant. There was a market style resteraunt in the lobby that was great for a grab and go breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices were very reasonable.

Stayed here yet again for CCC meeting and the stay was super convenient (CCC right across the street) and great on quality. Very conveniently located also to reach restaurants in the area on foot. Only shortcoming the in-room coffee options (could do a lot better with both the coffee itself and the yucky non-dairy creamer) but found a workaround

Location is super convenient for the convention center, but does not rest on being in such a prime location for conference goers. Hotel was clean with updated decore. Staff was excellent. I arrived at about 1A after a significant flight delay and front desk team member was very welcoming. I unfortunately also experienced a medical situation outside the restaurant, and the hostess there and scurity team were on top of it. Team is well trained and made me feel in good hands, definitely great to have this support in the midst of a busy conference.

Upon arriving at the Hyatt Regency, the doorman let me know that I was welcome and valued from the start of my stay. He opened the door of the taxi for me and protected me from being scammed - I had not known that it was a flat rate from the airport and my driver had been running the meter, charging me almost $100 instead of the $60-70 it should have been. The desk staff were enthusiastic and friendly at check-in and more than willing to help with any concerns. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and the rooms are as well. Overall, my trip felt luxurious and comfortable, nearing the experience of five-star hotels I’ve stayed in before.

Very nice hotel in downtown Denver and very secure. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. The covered valet and drop-off area is very convenient and welcoming as you visit downtown Denver.

The location of the hotel was in close proximity of shopping and dining facilities. Parking was easy. The atmosphere was relaxing and professional. The rooms were extremely clean and bathroom was comfortable with updated shower equipment. Overall a wonderful experience all the way around.

Rooms we upgraded and fairly nice. Restaurants and room service were less than acceptable. I’d come back but not to eat there.
