Rooms so clean and bed very comfortable

The hotel is ideal location for the city center, the room was nice and clean if a little dated bathroom. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms felt a little basic i.e. no biscuits with the tea and coffee and only one bath towel provided, so not ideal for washing your hair. Also the bar prices are very expensive almost £10 for a pint.
Location was perfect walking distance from train station and O2 academy
The bed was too soft didn't sleep so well on it ( personal opinion) .
Breakfast didn't have a great choice if you don't eat a cooked breakfast tiny bowls for cereal and only a choice of 3 cereals no porridge.
