Was great all good really
Outside our room to the left corner a lot of dust on the floor in the landing
Location, size
First room had 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, we kept falling through the middle. Second night we were allowed to change rooms to a proper double bed.

Nothing!
Great location just few minutes walk from train station and shops. Room was a good size with air conditioning. Good check out time of 12pm. Great views over the city. Comfortable beds. Hairdryer, small fridge and iron handy additions to room.
Few stains in carpet and holes in bedding. Asked for a £50 deposit for damages that was refunded on check out, surely this is unnecessary as any damages would only be found after the room was cleaned?
The staff is very nice and friendly. This is the one of very strongest side of Radisson Blu Birmingham. The location of this hotel is cherry on the top if you’re the person love to explore the city centre and rounding area. I love the choices for breakfast especially if you have picky eaters with you.
Everything was nice except parking lots. It would be brilliant if Radisson hotel have some parking slots.

Right in the city centre. Easy check in.
Just outside are room the ceiling had collapsed. There was a huge tub underneath it. If there was a fire this would be very dangerous. The wires hanging down and a fire exit sign placed on the wires. There was hairs in the shower.
