Great nights sleep due to the aircon actually working in room despite being told it wouldn't work

Spacious room, helpful staff

Cons:

Toilet door was broken as well as tiles in the bathroom. There was no slippers in our room. Lighting in the room wasn't really good. Carpets in the room was dirty.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great location, close to shopping centre, train station eating places and tourist sites.
Great size room, nice comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

Cons:

A/C wasn't very cold and bathroom became a bit steamy after showering as extractor didn't appeared to be working. This was reported.

Pros:

Probably the worst Radisson I’ve ever stayed at. Very outdated. Tiny bar with no snacks, small bags of Walkers crisps, that’s it. No parking outside despite them advertising it. AC not working. Breakfast dreadful. I’m surprised the hotel group lets this keep going!
