酒店网页上的照片不错；房间大，停车方便，入住退房都便捷

Cons:

卫生太差了，走廊房间味道很重，马桶污渍令人作呕，地毯上甚至有成团的毛发，细节处到处积灰，有一个房间甚至有蚂蚁和小蟑螂爬行。老旧就算了，3星级酒店公寓这种卫生标准实在无语。公寓酒店垃圾自己清理带走是常态，但是不能放个垃圾桶方便住客扔垃圾吗？

Kurze Auszeit in abgelegener Lage in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer ist aufgeteilt in Wohnzimmer mit Couch, TV, kleinem Tisch und kleiner Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank. Stauraum vorhanden. Bad mit Badewanne, Toilette extra.
Bett war bequem und ein Babybett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.
Kleiner Balkon.
Swimmingpool mit einigen Liegen.
Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber (vor allem Spinnweben).
Toilette roch stark.
Das Babybett musste ich selber an der Rezeption abholen und aufbauen sowie beziehen.
Frühstück in Ordnung, aber keine 14€ wert, lieber zum kleinen Café in 1 Min Entfernung laufen!

Pros:

Fint med egen leilighet. Bra bassengområde. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale.

Cons:

Litt dårlig frokost. Helt ok. Men det gikk tomt og manglet en del.

Great staff
Pros:

The room was very good, beds were comfy. Swimming pool is also an added value.

Cons:

There were only one set of towel, even though we were 4. No sheets for SOFA. The toilet paper was half and there was no spare. When we asked for other sets of towel and the sheets they did not do anything on the first Day, Only told it must be in the closets.Third Day was another story this time front desk didn't believe and came in the room and realized that they were wrong.

Pratique.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, belle piscine (pratique en période de canicule), on a aussi profité du spa. L'appartement était calme. Nous sommes allés manger à l'Aliya à 150m (Bien).

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner n'était pas climatisée (période de canicule (à certains moments plus de 30°C dans cette salle!).
De plus le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur des 14€ qu'il coûte.

De locatie was goed gelegen in de buurt van Nice en Cannes

Totaal niet hygiënisch, we hebben twee handdoeken gekregen voor een stay van 4 dagen. Dit is abnormaal , en totaal niet hygiënisch!! We hebben gevraagd om handdoeken maar kregen we niet om economische redenen. Er zijn stranden in de buurt en als je terug komt in het hotel kan je dus niet douchen met nieuwe handdoeken omdat die niet worden aangevuld. Ook worden de bedden niet opgemaakt en krijg je geen rol wc papier, ook dit wordt niet aangevuld en moet je buiten kopen!! Echt verschrikkelijke ervaring !

alla reception ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto scortese e supponente che ci ha chiesto se fossimo in grado di leggere messaggi che ci erano stati inviati prima del nostro soggiorno per informarci degli orari dei check in, essendo noi arrivati prima.
Messaggi scritti in francese nella chat di Booking.

Ci ha poi dato la camera perché era già pronta, nel tragitto dalla reception alla camera, ogni volta che mi cadeva l’occhio per terra o sui muri trovavo sporco.
Sporco l’ascensore, sporco il corridoio, sporca la camera, sporco il terrazzo. Tutto sporchissimo.

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere delle salviette perché non ci erano state fornite nella camera.
Struttura tenuta malissimo.

Sono presenti parcheggi interni per i clienti e per alcuni residenti, quando abbiamo avvisato che non c’era più posto all’interno e se potesse consigliarci dove parcheggiare, ci è stato detto sempre dal ragazzo del check in “mettetela fuori, se non c’è posto non posso fare niente” ; le stesse cose potevano essere dette in maniera più educata.
