A perfect blend of luxury, history, and world-class service—a place we wished we never had to leave.

We were celebrating my mother’s 60th birthday with our family, and the service exceeded every expectation. From the moment we informed the hotel about the occasion, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. A bottle of excellent wine and a beautiful selection of treats were waiting for us in our suite upon arrival, making my mother feel truly special.

We had also booked a full-body treatment for her at the spa, and at the end of the treatment she was presented with a thoughtful gift from the spa team. It was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful personal touch.

We were absolutely speechless when we stepped into our suite—it was even more stunning than we had imagined. The historic castle, elegant interiors, and breathtaking Tuscan views made an unforgettable first impression.

The service throughout the entire hotel was flawless. Every member of staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and highly professional. Every detail had been carefully considered, from the suite and breakfast to the restaurants and the spa.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, and a place we will always remember.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5+ stars!

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful two-night stay here. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. During my stay, I enjoyed playing tennis and taking peaceful walks, which made the experience even more special.

The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, and the service was exceptional throughout. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious.

It was a heated swimming pool, but a bit cold to swim in May. However, we were glad that we could use the jacuzzi with our child before the opening hours, which was very nice.


I sincerely hope to return soon and stay for a longer time next visit.

Chambre à 1400 € : une cellule grise sans aucune décoration . Pas de plinthe : un simple coup de peinture ! Pas de liseuse ! Surtout on a participé à la douche du voisin . Des trous au plafond entre les chambres . Salle de bain : pas de wc indépendant . Pas de douche indépendante
