Beautiful hotel grounds with a thoughtfully designed relaxation area.

Cons:

The suite was spacious, but the overall standard fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel. There were several maintenance issues, including a cracked sink, damaged door trim and a non-working TV. The two-floor family suite had only one wardrobe, and the high ceilings created significant echo and noise.

Basic bathroom toiletries were not provided, and the soap dispenser was empty. Housekeeping was also poor, particularly in the kitchenette, where used cups and the hob were left uncleaned, and towels were not replaced. Too many small details were overlooked.

Pros:

Lo mejor sin duda el personal, todos muy amables siempre disponibles y dispuestos.

Cons:

Todo perfecto, nos tocó en la parte más alta y a veces se hacían largas es escaleras pero así bajábamos la comida del buffet que estaba todo muy bueno.

Buena opción pero con puntos de mejora
Pros:

Lo que más nos ha gustado han sido las piscinas, y la parte de aqua park infantil. Destacar también la amplitud del apartamento que incluso contaba con solarium privado.
Sin olvidar, la amabilidad del personal, en particular, del restaurante y bar.

Cons:

En cuanto a los puntos negativos, comentar que la calidad del desayuno buffet es bastante mejorable. Por otro lado, teniendo en cuenta que el complejo es grande y hay habitaciones lejanas a recepción, sumado a las pronunciadas cuestas y escaleras, se agradecería contar con alguna ayuda que facilite transporte del equipaje hasta la misma. Por último, intentamos en varias ocasiones contactar telefónicamente con recepción desde el teléfono de la habitación, siendo imposible conseguirlo.
