Great location and accomodating staff
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Levante Rathus Apartments, the staff were very accommodating including providing us an additional fan when it was a hotter day. Great central location and beautiful building

Buona Posizione, ma scarsi servizi
Pros:

Ottima posizione per il centro. Zona tranquilla. Macchina del caffè disponibile nel locale reception (ma purtroppo con orario molto limitato). Lavanderia disponibile gratuitamente.

Cons:

la maggior parte delle camere è senza aria condizionata e in alcuni casi si affacciano su un locale (quindi rumoroso tenere le finestre aperte). Ventilatori forniti rumorosissimi quindi difficili da usare. Pulizia deludente. Doccia, lavandino e wc scheggiati. Pulizia del pavimento molto basica. Abbiamo trovato una piccola blatta la prima sera. La reception apre troppo tardi e chiude troppo presto. Se si hanno problemi non c'è modo di risolverli (un giorno si sono dimenticati la federe di un cuscino ed abbiamo dovuto dormire senza, idem se si sporcano lenzuola o qualcosa non funziona non c'è modo di avere assistenza).
