GREAT STAY!!!
Pros:

Room was big and spacious. The location is unbeatable, close to restaurants and bars. Nice bar just below the hotel.

Cons:

The pillows are a big too high, and the elevator is TOO small. They need to see how to have a bigger one.

Pros:

Cerca del centro es una zona tranquila y bonita, tiene restaurantes y supermercados cerca. La recepcionista muy amable.

Cons:

Reservamos dos apartamentos para 7 personas , el salón lo ocupa totalmente el sofá cama y la cocina es diminuta, para 3 personas es muy justo pero no hay espacio suficiente para cuatro personas. Estaría bien poner un tostador de pan.

Great location and comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Located in a residential area (on a very quiet street), close to trams and buses as well as a handy supermarket round the corner but within walking distance of the main sights in Vienna. Washing machine and dryer on site (free) and staffed reception if you arrive or want help during office hours. Large sitting area with table for eating/working. Sofa, Tv etc and comfy bed (in separate area). Windows looked into an inner courtyard where you could sit during the day/evening. Eating and drinking opportunities close by if you don't want to self cater.

Cons:

Bathroom accessed through kitchenette - not really a problem but slightly inconvenient at night. The shower was over the bath and a non slip mat would have made using it a less precarious experience. Small lift (not for the claustrophobic) but stair access as well obviously. Small picky complaints!
